"Came today 6/18/22- Ordered a grainbowl mocha. One of the best I 've ever had, cash register sales associate that waited on me was really nice, courteous, professional and accommodating. Went back up an hour later, to a different person manning the register. I saw someone had a slice of cheesecake at their table with chocolate syrup earlier and it looked good. I got the cheesecake and asked if they could put some syrup on it for me. My request was met with a slight laugh, and this comment. Yeah. No. I 'm pretty sure that is not at all possible here. Hard no on that. I was humiliated and have no words. Everyone ELSE there was outstanding. He had curly hair, moustache and beard. Beware, cause that particular guy has no business waiting on humans."
