"the season 52 belongs to the darden restaurant group - the same people who own olive garden - but they would never know that it is going to the season 52. her menu has some veggie elements (clearly marked,) and the personal was happy to meet my vegan needs by veggie to vegan. the season 52 was perfect for a high-end dining experience for a family of multivores, and we will definitely return."

"Wonderful staff, Brennen was our waitress, very warm and charming and quite knowledgeable.  Steak was absolutely fantastic.  Had the bone-in rib-eye and it was done perfect.  Word of advice, use the Valet service, parking in that area is a bit of a bother.  I am dinging Bob's 1/2 point for two reasons.  First, the back room is quite cold.  Two, the front corner of the room is a bit crowded and my date found herself on the receiving end of that tables waitstaff on more than one occasion."

"What an experience we had at Kai for our daughter’s birthday!! Chef King and Kai is an amazing person and makes the most delicious food in Dallas! He recommended a lot of dishes from the menu and believe me they were all delicious! My daughter could not stop talking her experience there for weeks and Kai is her favorite place now! We’ll definitely go back again and again for Chef Kings hospitality and delicious food"

"Great service. Free valet parking. Friendly greeting. We were seated within minutes of arrival (arrived promptly at our reservation time). Wonderful server named Courtney. Each course was delicious and the 'tiny parfaits ' for dessert are a neat trick. 2 per person is plenty anything more would be decadent. Be careful with the wine flights. I ordered an $18 flight and then selected the 'brand ' named in the flight for a glass. It was much more expensive than I had expected it to be. That 's my only caveat check the wine list first. Otherwise it was a great experience."

"We took friends last night for my wife's birthday and were disappointed over the entire service provided to me and my guests. Our waitress seemed more interested in chatting with another server than taking care of us. We asked for a printed menu and they forgot to bring it back to chat with the other server. We flew them to remember them. We had to renounce them several times during the service to ask where our appetizers and meals were. Our guests also mentioned the bad service, the food was good after a long wait, but the bad overall service definitely a damper on my wife's birthday scales. We're going somewhere else."

"Pricey, very pricey. Very limited and small menu with limited choices. Calamari were a bit undercooked. Not overly flavorful on their own, but the marinara was very good. I asked for tartar sauce but it did not taste at all Like tartar sauce but more of an aioli. Clam chowder was delicious and house made with huge pieces of clams. Wonderful. The mussels pot and the seafood medley pot were less stunning than described. No wine flavor whatsoever but it did have a little of a lemon flavor. The bay's seasoning was the most prevalent flavor and it was ok but not what should have been the star here. The seafood was all perfectly cooked despite it all. The seafood gumbo was bland and nondescript. I've had better at Cajun restaurants so stick to buying it there. The salads were best and fresh and the dressing were all some of the best flavored dressings we have had in a long time. The key lime pie was disappointing however, due to a preponderance of crust and graham cracker meal literally all over it. Too much crust and the pie was coated on top with it as well. As for the pie filling, it was too little and was more of an accent and not the primary flavor. The flavor was good however, and it would have been a much better dessert in the end if the filling took the prominence in the pie. Too bad. I do believe this restaurant needs some work on their menu selections and pricing per portion size if it is to be a must eat at location. Season and flavor needs to be a focus as well."

"taste: environment: food at price ratio: service:price? number of dishes tried: 5.They have karaoke samstage and an elvis Presley imitation that comes in that I believe in montages. so I said before I review a restaurant, I would like to try to have her eat on two different points that sit in a restaurant and pickup. on the day I sat in the restaurant, they gave them plenty of food and fast services. the one thing I liked about this place is the waitress was always ready to help them, but not to the point that it was annoying with which some places suffer. it was a lot of food that it definitely fills them and they are many possibilities for everyone. what the take-out they answer their phone very quickly, my order did not take too long, although I ordered many things, and got a lot of food that some places did not offer them the same amount when they go. I have tried about six different Mexican places in the Plano area and now this is probably my number two spot! fyi: drinks are amazing btw"

"Ok so I am not from Dallas but I am here on business for a week…decided to try this place with my mother and experience was not what the hype is about at all…waiter was great..lovely gentleman but the food??..I am a steak person so no matter where I dine I am going to try the steak..my steak had to be remade three times! I had two different managers bring my steak out and yet it still was rare so I gave up and ate it anyways since I haven’t eaten all day…and I didn’t even get my side order with it…smh…I really hate to do bad reviews but this one needed to be posted oh and after all this and waiting almost hour to eat I still get charged full price for my plate even though I didn’t even get served the plate that was on the menu…don’t waist your money here people…my mother didn’t even enjoy her food either..noodles very hard"

"The Sommelier has no scruples. I ordered a $190 bottle of wine but was offered the next year vintage because the vintage I ordered from the wine menu was no longer available. Even though the vintage I was offered was not listed on the menu (and no clarification of price was mentioned), the price on tab turned out to be $375 instead of $190. This is unacceptable for an establishment such as Del Frisco’s. I might add that my wife started with a menu with food stains on it and our surf and turf trio filets (we ordered 3 of them) came with all 3 seafood toppings over cooked (at least the filets were cooked wonderfully as I would expect from Del Frisco’s). I hope the manager has sense enough to get in touch with me about this issue."

"Eat More Chicken! or a delicious breakfast, here at Chick-fil-A in Plano, TX. The drive-thru wraps around the building. Best to enter from the North side, watch for cars exiting from the pickup window, then enter the drive-thru line. Young man standing outside to take orders was doing a great job! I saw how patient he was with a senior citizen ahead of me, got the order done. And when I pulled up, it was less than a minute to process my breakfast combo Greek yogurt parfait. The crew at the pickup window was warm welcoming, did not mind when I asked to verify my order. So, Overall this is a great crew at this location. I spent a total of 3 minutes in drive thru, got a fresh made fluffy breakfast biscuit, and a fruity yogurt desert, and C-f-A coffee. Ready to conquer this day!"

"Best experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-a! My 1 year old and I eat it at least 3 times a week and it's always nothing but awesome! We have never been to this one before but I walked in the door and was instantly greeted and asked if I would like to pick a table and she would bring us a high chair and she would take our order at the table! "Food is always great. There isn’t anything bad on the menu, everything is worth trying. The service is solid. They may make the occasional mistake due to the absurd number of cars that are in the drive through line, but they will always correct the mistake and usually offer something additional to make up for your wasted time. I honestly eat here way too much, so with that being said, do not hesitate to go get your grub on!"
