"The Finley Point Grill is the best restaurant in Polson! Their seafood dishes are delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. They have an open kitchen, which allows for interaction with the wonderful kitchen crew. Stormi was our waitress and she was very friendly and pleasant. "I come from Memphis where there are lots of BBQ joints and BBQ competition is a big deal. I feel Cherries BBQ Pit hands down holds there own for solid smoked meats as well as good hand-made sauces with a variety of flavors. My lady and I have gone here several times and the service has always been stellar as well...friendly and efficient! Try out the rib tips!"

"I have no idea how many 5 star reviews are available. We're so often past this place because the line is so long. With all the people waiting and all 5 star reviews we thought it was the most delicious burger in the state. I didn't even take a photo because the burger was as sad, smashed and escaped as the other pictures already published. The burger was pretty bland, edible, but definitely not worth waiting. Fries have a coating on them that make them extra crispy. Saving mercy was the Huckleberry shake. I would definitely come back if the lines were short. Ladies who worked here were friendly and nice, so I gave an extra star."

"Traveling through Montana with a group of my friends on the way to Missoula about a week ago. We found the Sitting Duck, a small bar by the lake. We were very happy with our meals. We wanted to go back to the street, but Mikey the bartender convinced us to stay with his famous flaming optimus Prime Shots, we ended 3 extra hours. You have to say that was never in a bar with better service. The bar was pretty busy, but our drinks never went empty. We laughed all the time. Mikey and The Sitting Duck were definitely a treat... We'll be back."

"The restaurant is right over Flathead Lake which provides a lovely view of the water. I always order the chicken enchiladas at this restaurant and they are consistently full of flavor, cheesy on top, and come with a side of rice and refried beans. TIPS: You can ask for some cheese to be added to the rice. Also if you pour a little bit of salsa on top of the rice it is delicious! If you ask for extra enchilada sauce they are always accommodating. You can ask for some lemon to be put in your soda or water. The family who founded it was originally from Mexico and you can tell by the way they designed the menu, trained the cooks, that they really know how to run a Mexican restaurant. Luckily they are also present in Missoula and other places around the treasure state. They run the best Mexican food restaurants that I have encountered in Montana. :"

"This diner has the absolutely best chicken strips I've ever found where in Polson or Lake County. Including better than Champs Chicken Stripes (which are really good! . The staff makes it up every morning from scratch and you can say it because it is a special experience to eat homemade chicken strips! I recommend Ranch to dive these chicken strips. The ranch also tastes homemade, I think they prepare it in the house. I always order the sweet potatoes with the bread basket and dive in BBQ sauce. Sweet potatoes are a perfect addition. Enjoy the friendly service and the atmosphere that is a retrospective of the 1950s. They are especially friendly for veterans and many locals know and keep in this place."

"East Shore Smoke House is a must to stop when in the Polson area. Delicious food with large portions! The brisket was stacked high on my sandwich and the house made chips were crisp and perfect. To dessert I had the Huckleberry ice cream and had it with caramel sauce (sounds funny right? that a friend convinced me to try and I was not disappointed! I ate there during a private function and everyone in our group was treated with utmost care. I highly recommend giving East Shore Smoke House an attempt."

"Great experience! We had the best service of Valerie tonight! The main rib was perfectly spiced and paired with vegetables and potatoes. The rider had the right amount of kick in it! The Au juice had a smoky taste that complicated the urethra. Dessert? Omg-the chocolate bread pudding with ice was from this world. We also enjoyed the drink special of cider and ginger beer minus the rum. It was really delicious and refreshing! I would miss if I hadn't mentioned the Hungarian mushroom soup. My taste buds were overloaded. I recommend looking at the Smoke House. The menu offers guests the best options and flavors!"

"I had breakfast here a few times and it was absolutely fantastic. Fast, hot, delicious and cheap. The reason I gave him a 4 star is because we ordered 2 burgers and a sandwich to go today and it took almost 30 minutes to get them. There were only a few other customers in this way, it didn't seem very busy. (I tried to go commands and never had anyone answer, it goes straight to voice mail, so I would assume they don't call, but don't know that. Also, for almost $15 a burger with one side of chips and pickles (chips, not spear, I expected it to be fresh burgers, but it was dry, very little spices and seemed to be a frozen patty. It was okay, but a little disappointed by the quality. Looks like young children in the kitchen, so maybe part of the problem. Will go back, hoping it's just one of the 4th of July weekends."

"They were understaffed and could have used one additional server that evening, and their kitchen really does stop cooking at 8pm so order has to be in by 7:59pm. And outside, there are bugs flying around. Bugs like water and bugs like food, so sitting outside lakeside means you’ll have to shoo away some flying insects once in a while. But even with those snafus, the wait wasn’t unreasonable, the food came out hot and delicious, the view is incredible, and the atmosphere is both romantic and fun. There were people on dates, and there were tables full of fun-loving friends. Our family had the steak, which came out the way we ordered it, and was a very thick steak. The chicken fingers which were served hot and the chicken was juicy; not dry at all, and not greasy. Macaroni and Cheese main dish was flavorful and not greasy. Side dishes of asparagus and fries were served at a great temp and texture. The food was not cheap, but at the same time not overly priced for summer on the lake in a tourist town. Kids meals under $10, most main meals under $20, and the steak meals put you closer to $40. Local beers on draft. Good wine list. Would love to come back again someday!"

"We've always ordered take out before thought the food was phenomenal! This was our first time actually dining in and both my husband and I were disappointed. The food took over 45 minutes was lukewarm. The server was friendly, however lacked in attentiveness. I had to ask for beverage refills the soup, which normally should come prior to, or at least beside, my main entree, was microwaved by the server, then brought out after I finished my sandwich. We were the only table for the majority of our visit, so there was no reason, that we could tell, for the wait. I think we'll stick to take out from now on. Their breakfast really is the best in town."
