"Delicious food. Portions are more than sufficient for one person per plate. They have little parking lot in the back so you don't have to park on street. Service is awesome. I took out one star because I ordered avocado toast and there was very little avocado on it. Not so much a traditional avocado toast per say, but tasted good."

"Nice local bar and restaurant. Used to be Gilley's. First time here. House Chardonnay wine was perfect and they have really creative and delicious cocktails on the drink menu. I had the meatball appetizer and a house salad. Whenever I see meatballs alone on a menu, I try them. The sauce was very good but although the meatballs were a great consistency (not too hard, not too soft), there was little flavor. More garlic and even oregano or Italian seasoning would elevate this dish. Also more grated cheese....the salad was nicely chilled and great house dressing....will definitely go back but try something else. P.S. Wait Staff left a good impression overall....?"

"Chicken is always fresh crispy no matter what time of day I have been there. I don't go very often, however, I have been going there for a number of years. I only do take-out there is no attraction to eat there. Employees are usually friendly but a bit slow at times. Sides are also good..."

"The service was abysmal. The server was clearly not trained to run the front itself. She gave us our food without fries. I don't think they were ready. We stared in pure mourning when they made several orders for each filled with frits. We remembered this girl twice and both times she goes to the manager (food preparation) who puts a cup of frits under the heat lamp. The frits are seated as the server provides more jobs (use friars). I have 5 years of customer service and the patience of a saint, but that was reddish. I told the young lady that I only wanted to remove the frits from the check and go over my day (I can add in a courtesy way without raising my voice or changing my tone). The panicked server takes the manager from the grill. I tried to ask him to remove only the price of the Pommes, and he did not plead with me. I explained my situation and how I and my whole party ended our meals sans fries and no longer wanted to wait for some after the food fries. The manager offers free food and other items until I finally ask him, are you not allowed to repay a transaction and he nodded a sad yes. I did not find out if he was not allowed or was not allowed, but either this was a defeated soul. I asked him what's ready and he said he'd have pommes ready and he'll get them right away. Dude places fries in a cup and says to his front end females give those guys over there. She nods and I child that we don't see how she gives two more orders before she leads the fries to us. In all fairness the food was excellent. I imagine the fries have paired well with the burger. Short staff or not your employees need to be trained better before they stay for themselves. As an amateur complainer I mean Google reviewers I can say that this keeps the current record for the worst service I've ever had (I checked that)."

"Very good slice of Pizza here. People were nice behind the counter. They have been making Pizza since 1969, so they know how to make Pizza for sure. This Slice worked well together. Everything from the sauce, cheese and crust was a perfect blend. Will rate well on the Pizza Hunters App in Morros County. I would go back again when in the area. Would like get a hot Pie out of the oven next trip."

"Hotel lounge, much smaller than the wide angle photos posted by the owner...in fact its maximum occupancy 45. Actually a very nice cozy spot, classy vibe and since it's small, it's intimate. It's right off the lobby but behind closed doors so you may be able to forget it's a hotel bar. They serve food too. When we took a comfortable seat at the bar we realized it was way too brightly lit, but our cheerful hostess Tammy was happy to kill the overhead lighting over the bar and it was instantly transformed into a romantic spot. She was great, friendly and kept the conversation at the perfect level. The pandora music mix was excellent! Drink prices were reasonable. There doesn't seem to be too many bars in this neck of the woods, so we were glad to find this one!"

"I never had an experience in my life in a convenience store as I went to this place on the phone with my wife discussing dinner when I say a few things to the counter? Hello? and go to check my things on the counter, have no problems to present my ID when asked to buy Tobacco products then handle my card into the reader and wait to make it through the checkout Tray She was so worried that I was on the phone when I didn't hold anyone in the line, took my transaction every minute or two tops. Next, to make comments to the customers behind me, how rude I was to just come to buy something when I left the door. The whole time I have to go back now because, as she rushes me, she doesn't even give me the receipt, nor she asked me if I was one if she pushed the bag in my face as if we were done and didn't want my business just because I was on the phone with my wife. This behavior is inevitable that I work in customer service and I would dare to talk to someone like Tracey talked to me."
