"The food was delicious as always and our server was excellent, but all of our dishes arrived at the table at the same time, which was a first for us. The staff member who brought our food apologized repeatedly (not our server), explaining that they were instructed to bring it out as soon as it was ready. Our table was crowded and we didn't have a chance to enjoy our salad before our entrees got cold. This kind of service has never happened to us before. Despite this, we would have given a 3-star rating, but we still had a great time with the company we were with."

"Very friendly service. Largest selection of complex pizzas: 'Primo ' was excellent. No-hassle substitution of olives in place of mushrooms. Crust option for 'ancient grains ' was fantastic, with crispy thin crust of whole grain. Salad was also good. Seating outside on sidewalk was quiet; larger indoor was available, too."

"My boyfriend and I went for the all you can eat shrimp. You never know what you're going to get for a seafood chain, but surprisingly this Red Lobster was amazing. The seafood tasted fresh, was not overly cooked, and not extremely fishy like some places. I will say the Lobster topped baked potato is to die for! Our server was super attentive, she knew what we wanted and needed and brought it out for us without us having to ask. The restaurant was clean, quiet and a perfect spot for date night! We will definitely be coming back."

"We had a lovely breakfast at the Local this morning. Bianca served us, and was as sweet as can be. We had the Broken Egg Sammy and the Frittata. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I love the gluten free and vegan options. The owners are super nice people and we will be visiting frequently."

"My favorite dessert of all time is cheesecake. You did not disappoint. I had your raspberry key lime and it was absolutely the best I have had! I look forward to returning to try your other flavors. Your establishment is a fun welcoming place for take out or eat in. Your employees are welcoming and very helpful! "I usually don't post negative reviews, but this is the exception. It was busy when we got here but filtered out pretty quickly. We still waited an hour for our food. I had the French dip sandwich and it was the saltiest thing I think I have ever been served. Also I'm being picky now, but the waitress could smile just a little and not look so unhappy to be here. It took us asking but we finally got our bill."

"The pizza was great, and we would give the pizza alone a 5 out of 5. However, we did order the calamari as well, as my husband LOVES calamari and we order it nearly every time it's on a menu. Unfortunately, neither of us was a fan. The breading had no flavor. The calamari itself was too small to offer any flavor. And lastly, it was overcooked. We will definitely return for the pizza, though!"

"Thankful that we found this treasure! Can't beat happy hour...get the Wonton Nachos (not asian) soooo good w/lobster (how can you go wrong) and lots of it for $8 ???????????? Wings were bomb too ???? Bartender, Heather, is awesome (she told us about thenachos), personable, and so sweet!! This is truly one of my favs in Prescott (right up there w/Papa's)"

"First, if you don 't like or cannot climb stairs, this is not the place for you. After walking uphill past several French Glass Doors, I had to walk up ~6-7 steps inside the front doors to get to hotel desk and then go down a very long hallway with at least four separate sets of stairs with 6 steps down each to get to the dining room. On the Plus, I scored a window booth and had good French Toast. Sadly, that 's where the good ends! I also ordered the Salmon Avocado Salad, which came out with an incredibly nauseating odor! I seriously almost lost my French Toast! I had to move the salad to the other end of my table and hope they 'd come back quickly to remove it (they didn 't)! There was NO apology for serving such a bad piece of fish that could have sent me to the hospital with food poisoning! I would never serve this to anyone, I smelled it as soon as it was brought out! At MY Request, the server took it off my bill, yet still charged me the tax on this item! Had I not brought it to his attention, I would have paid over 25% tax on my breakfast! I waited a couple of days before posting this so I might address it with management first. Unfortunately, they don 't have a manager for at least 3 months I 'm told! I tried calling several times today and that 's what I was told. Seems lack of management is the cause of the problems with the food as well as having way too many staff standing around talking with each other, many come and go to your table, but only one is the actual Server who can address your order and assist you with paying your tab! All in all, I can 't recommend this place and will not be going back."

"Wanted a snack and some caffeine and found the perfect place for it. I was worried that they weren't gonna have any since most cafes are out of snacks by the afternoon and I came during an hour before closing time. But to my delight, they still had a variety of baked goods ranging from cookies, bars, cheesecakes, pastries and pies available! I decided to go with the double chocolate zucchini loaf and it perfectly satiated my chocolate craving! I was a little hesitant at first because it had zucchini (just sounded healthy when I wanted something downright sinful), but it turned out to be so chocolatey! I was kinda bummed that they were out of pistachio milk and I couldn't get the Spring-special pistachio almond latte. Ended up getting the (also seasonal) blackberry tea latte and it was great! It's like having a latte and those butter jam thumbprints. There are plenty of seatings inside and outside. And this seems like a nice place to get some work done too."

"The lunch selections were varied and very unique. We ordered a seasonal salad with roasted grapes, sprouts (a variety I have never had), and nectarines. It was delicious. The meats, greens, and vegetables are locally sourced. I can’t even believe how tasty and ripe the tomatoes were. They were so delicious! I thought that all the staff were professional, attentive, and very friendly. Chloe, who took care of our every need, was spectacular. Thank you Chloe! The atmosphere is everything I love about dining out intimate, unique, and full of art work to view or purchase. What a great place treat yourself and go here!"

"Recently dined here and had one of the worst experiences eating out in a LONG time. Their systems are a mess. They have different kitchen and systems (and rules on different levels. It created a chaotic and drawn out experience for us. Total shame because the food was amazing and staff generally nice and helpful, even though restaurant is poorly run. Hostesses had no idea what was going on. Poor communication between front of house and back of house/ upstairs and downstairs. Waiting extremely long times, being seated (and served!! after people who had just walked in after being on a waitlist for 45 min, even though we were told it was a 20 min wait. Tables out on the deck which were empty and told we could not sit at with drinks because the kitchen was not taking orders were filled with walk ins by the time we got a seat upstairs. Told we couldn’t sit outside with drinks, even if we did not order until kitchen started taking orders again. Couldn’t order food at the bar while waiting for a table to open. So disappointing. If you feel like waiting 2.5 hours for good food then eat here. Overall very poor experience. Happy to be patient but this was just ridiculous. I have never had an experience at a restaurant like this ever."

"Old school red checkered tablecloth Italian restaurant. Mixed salad and bread with garlic butter is served automatically and both are VERY good. We usually order from the daily specials and have never been disappointed. Service is efficient and friendly. No reservations, so plan accordingly. They don't serve alcohol, but if you bring your own wine they will provide glasses and a corkscrew."

"We came in from Louisiana and after an extensive drive this was our first stop and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The food was packed with flavor and the service was incredible, everyone was so friendly. I had the three cheese ravioli which was soooo good. The ambiance of the restaurant I liked, we were a big group so there wasnt a table on which we could all sit but we were able to sit next to each other. Everyone enjoyed their food. Here are the cream potatoe soup, the ruben, Steak and Blue, Pesto Chicken, and a cheddar braised beef. I would definitely recommend."

"This restaurant is an absolute must try if you are looking for the quintessential fine dining experience. It is a small family owned and operated business that serves phenomenal food. I had the 10 oz Prime NY strip, served with broccolini and fingerling potatoes. One of the best stakes I 've ever had! The prices are on the high side, but the food is worth every penny. Also, they don 't mind if you share one dish between two people. This is NOT a place you rush in and out of. Go prepared to spend the evening to properly appreciate the 'Atmesfir. '"

"For our 57th Anniversary, my wife Petra and I dined at Papa 's Italian Restaurant. We casually mentioned to the Greeter that it was our Anniversary as we were being seated. Each server who approached our table congratulated us, reflecting excellent staff communication. Our meal was outstanding, and the service superb from wine selection through dessert. We enjoyed a wonderful evening, and heartily recommend this place for any occasion which will become special due to spectacular cuisine and service."
