"Simply excellent from start to finish! I started with a Clear Blue Sky cocktail from the bar. It was hard choosing, because nearly every drink sounded amazingly perfect for me. My fabulous server, Amanda, recommended it along with a few other options. It was glorious. Then I moved to the Caesar salad... better than mine, and that's saying something! It had several bits of sundried tomato... but not any sundried tomato they weren't as sweet as those you find in the stores, and they added a nice unexpected flair. Then, my entree arrived. Veal parmigiana. I was wanting comfort food on a rainy evening. The veal was more tender than any I've had in decades, the pasta perfectly cooked, and the marinara was obviously freshly made from ripe tomatoes... no jar sauce at Gabriella! You could taste the sunshine that ripened the tomatoes. Just delicious. The Tuscan red wine I chose from the menu was the perfect accompaniment. I asked Amanda to get me the name of it, and she brought me a slip of paper with it written down for me. I only wish I'd had room for dessert, and the tolerance for a few more of the cocktails!"
