"It's June 2022, and in my opinion, it shouldn’t take more than 24 hours to get someone to come out and repair or replace a malfunctioning ice machine, even if it means paying an emergency maintenance fee. The owner should be acutely aware of the business they are losing by not having ice available. Many customers, like myself, come in specifically for that one item, and when it’s unavailable, we often end up not purchasing anything else.
If I had to estimate, this place could be losing between $500 to $1,200 a day due to the ice machine issue. Over the course of 5 or 6 days, that adds up to a significant loss in revenue. While this establishment has potential, it’s clear that it needs a better manager or an owner who genuinely cares about its operations."
