After intensive card studies, the homemade tranches from the deer, the wild stew, the Saxon Sauerbread, the swollen beef tongues and the beef roasted beef, which has already closed the favorite list, came into the narrower. In the end I also decide “my” dish of my favorites, this time with counting, otherwise it was not possible for me. It was the beef roast. The lumps with brown butter and red cabbage were quite good, but that was surpassed by the red wine sauce and the almost decaying beef already in front of the knife's eyes, good, he waited to the tongue... There was a delicious dark beer, one from the Royal Brewery Krušovice, a brewery on the Czech side in the foothills of the Erzgebirge. Ms. Falkd S was much faster as usual, she took the special offer that was handwritten in white chalk on a dark ground. She found it right when you enter the outdoor restaurant, carving with cauliflower. That was also really delicious, the cauliflower was still really biting as she hoped.
