"Rain am Lech is the place where the Dehner plant chain has its headquarters. Apart from the headquarters and, of course, a plant sales market, I would like to highlight two more things: the recommended, extensive and varied park Dehner Blumenpark and the Dehner Hotel with its Restaurant Rosenstube . The Rosenstube is a typical but pleasant hotel restaurant with noise-insulating carpeting, white covered tables, fabric napkins, candle lighting on the tables, ordinary eating service, etc., a certain basic level. Images and fresh flowers on the tables reconcile the topic of roses that is suitable for plant operation. The map (also available online) looks unclear to me at first, but offers a round cross-section of fish and meat, classics and contemporary German cuisine. All interesting and appetizing, I would have found several dishes that I would have liked to try. The small vegetarian offer can certainly be seen, even as a meatsaver I would have quite interest in the appetizer vegetables ceviche with avocado and sheep cheese, marinated with limonene, chili and olive oil, with crispy tortillas or main dishes such as chickpea balls with coconut vegetable curry or fatuccine in the Pinot Grigio foam with dark toms My seasonal appetizer, Hokkaido Kürbiscréme Soup with fried egerlingen and sesame, I felt as a successful and tasty combination. Tastefully and optically tasty, my main dish of Scotish salmon fillet with truffle crust was congratulated, on leaf spinach with Chardonnay sauce and potato pumpkin puree. On the one hand, the subtle autumn accent again by the light pumpkin content, on the other hand a successful interaction of the fish with the white wine sauce, whereby the spinach formed the bridge to the puree. My wife chose a back steak from the Australian cattle with supplements and was also satisfied. The service was friendly and attentive and thus contributed to a pleasant evening. Only the branch to eat disappointed on the whole. It is good that the lady confirmed by the service, also she would not like him; I see further points of criticism in the temporal processes, because after all the strokes had happened at first, the break before the main meal was definitely too long. On the other hand, I felt that the service was a little sensitive. My chair went out of the glue so that I could not use it anymore, which can happen (although: O Ton Service: this happens more often here. Then the chair, instead of carrying it away, was dragged by the service through the whole place, was correspondingly loudly squeaking in the lushless part of the restaurant. From a top score, the Rosenstube is still a whole piece away, but I would like to give an above-average appreciation and if I'm back in the area, I would also like to return to dinner again, because on the map there is something to discover for me."
