"I noted for food to be placed on balcony chair because I can see it from a distance when it arrives but delivery placed it on the ground and by the time I went to grab it the food was surrounding by flies and lid on container was not properly sealed letting flies get in. I had to throw the whole quesadilla away. The rest of the food was sealed up completely."

"Really good food. Incredible lobster bisque. I love all the restaurants that this owner has. Dawson’s and Austin’s. This one is unique though. The theme is great. It can get very busy."

"This was our first time visiting Williams. We enjoy trying out different diners, and tonight we chose Williams. This place is a hidden gem in Reading, offering home-style cooking at a reasonable price. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean everything looked. The salad bar had a nice variety of options, and the food looked and tasted fresh. We were seated quickly, and our server Sara was prompt in taking our drink orders. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, even refilling my drink without me having to ask. Our food was served promptly and presented neatly. There was no rush to finish our meal, and the portions were generous and delicious, with a homemade taste. We left feeling satisfied and happy, and we will definitely be back to Williams after this wonderful experience."

"Were out and needed something to eat. Saw this on google maps and decided to try it. The service was fast and friendly. I couldn't believe how quickly our pizza was done. We got a vegetarian pizza without mushrooms and it was cooked perfectly and tasted just as good. The bathroom and dining areas were clean as well. There is no menu board, you have to pick up a hand held one on the left side of the counter which is no issue but nice to know if they are ever busy when you go. I only wish I lived closer so I could go there more often."

"I drove 45 minutes to try was not disappointed, excellent food! Have gone to other restaurants on the same street and this is by far the best. Charcuterie Board to start was blown away from the flavors and textures. Also creative cocktail menu. The most important courses were great, I had the Shroomin? Onion burgers and my friend had the French steak dip sandwich. Incredible meal for an extremely low price. It's like fine food, but without a hit on your wallet. I have to mention how friendly the server kitchens are. Will be back soon. Go on!"

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE! ? My first try of at a traditional Steak House and for sure exceeded my expectations. The Restaurant?s atmosphere design is the ultimate in romantic ambiance. Candles everywhere casting glimmering soft glows in a very dimly lit space, sensory shock walking into this restaurant from the daylight. The bar has an enticing club/lounge from feel but I chose to dine solo in the dining room offering such elegance. I was seated at a center table, which I?ll usually stray from but the room being so dark, each candle lit table felt like very private space. Overhead between the two spaces, elaborate Crystal Ring Chandeliers make a grand statement. The Staff we?re all extremely well trained and very accommodating. Being my first time in a Steak house I needed help! I was well coached by Michaela, a very informative and warmhearted Server and in what was ended up being quite a task to decide which Steak would best suit me. Between educating me on the Steaks, encouraging wine tastings before making a choice and her friendly attentiveness, she delivered a memorable dining experience from beginning to end. The menu was lengthy, and everything sounded appetizing, but I reminded myself why I was there for the Steak experience. I caved and ordered their Lobster Bisque; it was as described and savory but lacking Lobster flavor. The Wedge Salad would have been a better choice to pair with Steak. I ordered the Prime NY Strip Steak, and it was outstanding. By far the best cut of beef and flavoring I have ever experienced. Whatever special ingredients used to flavor the Steak, I couldn?t pinpoint but amazing. Food, service, atmosphere, and Management with explemplary expectations is written all over this high end establishment. Going back for the Dry Aged next time around. Wonderful!"

"What is happening to I the service. It took 19 minutes before even acknowledged at the bar. Don't get the chicken quesadillas. Asked for French onion soup not only was it late coming out it looked like they just threw it in a bowl. He even said it wasn't the right bowl. When I didn't get any it he didn't even take it off the bill. My husband and my food came out at different times. We couldn't even eat together. By the way my husband said the grouper was good."

"I ordered the Dominican Yaroa. Im Dominican, and I know how a Yaroa looks like and tastes. However, I wasnt expecting too much. I give it 2 stars out of 5 because the plate came broken (the bottom); I think it was because the food was hot, but I didnt like that. Then, I felt as I was eating cheese with fries. A little bit of chicken, a little bit of fries, and then full of cheese. Although some people love cheese, I know for sure that if you order a Yaroa you want more than just cheese."

"The first time here. I went to dinner with friends. Nice atmosphere food is very good. I had the turkey melt, it was much bigger than expected, but still very good instead of the chips I fries on the side, that would probably be my only problem, the fries were fast cold. It didn't do my meal. I don't think it was her fault. Overall, the experience was very good the next time I go, I get the turkey Gravy Bowl. My friend had this and it looked very good. I definitely go back. Below the parking lot is very limited, as other evaluators have indicated. But the food is definitely worth the trip."

"4/2017 We traveled from South Jersey and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. We asked at the desk where was the best place to eat and they said Klinger's. We had lunch and breakfast there. The food was good, atmosphere was friendly inviting and the best part was that you got to see the planes land and take off!! 2/24/2018 We always have a nice meal and friendly company when we come here. We are from NJ and stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door when we go to the Hamburg Reptile Show."

"The best Italian food in a restaurant I 've ever had! My husband said the salmon literally melted in his mouth. Parking: During the week day not bad. Unsure about weekends. Wheelchair accessibility: Ok for entry, but inside very close tight seating and not easy for walker/wheelchair accessibility. Bathroom also difficult."

"What a Find! While in Reading PA for my son's graduation from Alvernia University, we stumbled upon this awesome little restaurant to have breakfast. Little did we know that, in addition to having an absolutely delicious meal at a very reasonable price, we were amidst the friendliest and welcoming atmosphere of any eatery I have ever ever been in. This place has it all... great food with a warm and friendly atmosphere... we entered as strangers and left as friends. Having had this highly satisfying experience, I highly recommend that you visit Franklyn's when in the Reading PA area."

"Breakfast on a Friday morning at 8. Eggs Benedict was good. They could have toasted the English muffin harder for me but otherwise it was prepared perfectly. I'll remember next time. Coffee was kept full. One of the few places that prepares hash browns. Real shredded potatoes, not the preformed patties. Best thing to soak up the runny yolk from the eggs Benedict! This place is always a good bet."

"This is how pizza is supposed to be. Every time I go in I get at least one slice because it's just that good. Everything else on the menu is great too, but it's the pizza that keeps me coming back for more. Great service too there's always a smiling face behind the counter ready to help!"

"This was my first time to Jersey Mike's on 11/8/20 at 5:50, which is important because I want this review to reflect specifically on the work on this day and time. I received better treatment and customer interaction here than in some high-end restaurants where I was. It felt like red carpet treatment. Very impressed. I had a phone in order and arrived early. Immediately I was greeted and the 2 people I spoke with were eager to me about Jersey Mikes and how good the food is and during our conversation they felt that I waited too long and gave me 2 free subcards. I didn't think I was waiting for a long time, but the gesture definitely appreciated. It is nice to see employees who are proud of their work and company. It's safe to say that Jersey Mike takes care of the staff as they work. The way the sandwiches are made seems the kind of subway except Jersey Mike is so much better. We have a few cheese steaks and Italians who were excellent, and everything was fresh and one of my biggest problems in places when calling in an order, they always screw it up. Not Jersey Mikes. They made all the sandwiches I asked without having to ask me again how I wanted to make the sandwiches. Besides, it was very clean. I have nothing bad to say, just a positive experience from the second I went up until the time I left. The owner or manager should let all these employees know what a terrible job they did. Jersey Mike's on the 5th. Street is an example of how all employees should treat customers while selling delicious food. Go online and check out the menu. You'll do it as you want."

"When I arrived at the restaurant, it looked empty on Saturday for lunch, but it was a dry, rainy day. I was the only person in the spot, but I was greeted by the two people I saw working there. They were both very pleasant. I ordered the hummus with meat and a little fattoush salad. The fattoush salad had crisp vegetables and had allot of spices. I was surprised how much taste there were some of the other reviews I had read that it was Bland. That wasn't the case. Once of the things I most about the Fattoush is the roasted Pita slices, the IT DID NOT HABEN.... so I had some disappointed. The hummus was also really good. It was the style that was similar to me earlier. What I mean is that I grew up in a house where Lebanese food was once a week. I got used to a certain kind of hummus, with a certain consistency made with allot of garlic, but not allot of tahini. When I traveled the United States, it was different than I tried. When I started to travel the world, wow, Iraq, Jordan, Turkey and Israel all had drastically different styles. This made me OPEN MY MIND and palate to various regional preparations. When I read the reports that they were from the Middle East and it was terrible, I took it as a preference. The quality was great and the taste was also good for me. I will go back and update some of the other records and if anything changes. Oh, yeah, they gave me a lot of PIta bread with my order, not like 3 small triangles, but 12 big triangles."
