"AMAZING EXPERIENCE! ? My first try of at a traditional Steak House and for sure exceeded my expectations. The Restaurant?s atmosphere design is the ultimate in romantic ambiance. Candles everywhere casting glimmering soft glows in a very dimly lit space, sensory shock walking into this restaurant from the daylight. The bar has an enticing club/lounge from feel but I chose to dine solo in the dining room offering such elegance. I was seated at a center table, which I?ll usually stray from but the room being so dark, each candle lit table felt like very private space. Overhead between the two spaces, elaborate Crystal Ring Chandeliers make a grand statement. The Staff we?re all extremely well trained and very accommodating. Being my first time in a Steak house I needed help! I was well coached by Michaela, a very informative and warmhearted Server and in what was ended up being quite a task to decide which Steak would best suit me. Between educating me on the Steaks, encouraging wine tastings before making a choice and her friendly attentiveness, she delivered a memorable dining experience from beginning to end. The menu was lengthy, and everything sounded appetizing, but I reminded myself why I was there for the Steak experience. I caved and ordered their Lobster Bisque; it was as described and savory but lacking Lobster flavor. The Wedge Salad would have been a better choice to pair with Steak. I ordered the Prime NY Strip Steak, and it was outstanding. By far the best cut of beef and flavoring I have ever experienced. Whatever special ingredients used to flavor the Steak, I couldn?t pinpoint but amazing. Food, service, atmosphere, and Management with explemplary expectations is written all over this high end establishment. Going back for the Dry Aged next time around. Wonderful!"

"This was my first time to Jersey Mike's on 11/8/20 at 5:50, which is important because I want this review to reflect specifically on the work on this day and time. I received better treatment and customer interaction here than in some high-end restaurants where I was. It felt like red carpet treatment. Very impressed. I had a phone in order and arrived early. Immediately I was greeted and the 2 people I spoke with were eager to me about Jersey Mikes and how good the food is and during our conversation they felt that I waited too long and gave me 2 free subcards. I didn't think I was waiting for a long time, but the gesture definitely appreciated. It is nice to see employees who are proud of their work and company. It's safe to say that Jersey Mike takes care of the staff as they work. The way the sandwiches are made seems the kind of subway except Jersey Mike is so much better. We have a few cheese steaks and Italians who were excellent, and everything was fresh and one of my biggest problems in places when calling in an order, they always screw it up. Not Jersey Mikes. They made all the sandwiches I asked without having to ask me again how I wanted to make the sandwiches. Besides, it was very clean. I have nothing bad to say, just a positive experience from the second I went up until the time I left. The owner or manager should let all these employees know what a terrible job they did. Jersey Mike's on the 5th. Street is an example of how all employees should treat customers while selling delicious food. Go online and check out the menu. You'll do it as you want."

"When I arrived at the restaurant, it looked empty on Saturday for lunch, but it was a dry, rainy day. I was the only person in the spot, but I was greeted by the two people I saw working there. They were both very pleasant. I ordered the hummus with meat and a little fattoush salad. The fattoush salad had crisp vegetables and had allot of spices. I was surprised how much taste there were some of the other reviews I had read that it was Bland. That wasn't the case. Once of the things I most about the Fattoush is the roasted Pita slices, the IT DID NOT HABEN.... so I had some disappointed. The hummus was also really good. It was the style that was similar to me earlier. What I mean is that I grew up in a house where Lebanese food was once a week. I got used to a certain kind of hummus, with a certain consistency made with allot of garlic, but not allot of tahini. When I traveled the United States, it was different than I tried. When I started to travel the world, wow, Iraq, Jordan, Turkey and Israel all had drastically different styles. This made me OPEN MY MIND and palate to various regional preparations. When I read the reports that they were from the Middle East and it was terrible, I took it as a preference. The quality was great and the taste was also good for me. I will go back and update some of the other records and if anything changes. Oh, yeah, they gave me a lot of PIta bread with my order, not like 3 small triangles, but 12 big triangles."
