"We went here on Friday for music and loved the band/ singer but very disappointed by everything else. We waited for about 20 mins for service before flagging down a waitress since we haven’t even had water to the table yet. Proceeded to order. We order the nachos and salsa and the beer cheese nachos for appetizers. The nachos seemed like the yellow round tortillas you get from a gas station/concession stand/ or grocery store. The salsa tasted like something out of a jar. To say disappointed in these were an understatement. For the price I would have expected homemade or restaurant style chips at least and a semi homemade salsa with flavor. The beer cheese sauce was good but same tortillas. For the main course I had the spicy Italian beef( this was more like a pot roast than an Italian beef) it wasn’t bad but expected more. The other people in my party got the stone fired Italian pizza. This too was underwhelming with my teenagers saying it tasted like school pizza. Not a good thing for small $12-14 pizzas. The place is beautiful, the music was great, the food should match with quality."

"I went to Thai Orchid for the first time as a recommendation from a friend. The waiter was so helpful and answered many of my questions. I visited Thai restaurants, but this time I was looking for a more unique experience, as my friend mentioned, that this restaurant had a few more dishes related to his home country Burma. So, I was hit with some options and finally on the Kao Soi. It was delicious! As I would describe it, a curry soup with noodles and vegetables is so good. We also had some appetizers that were delicious, the Samosas (they were surprisingly similar to Samosas you would get from an Indian restaurant). The ambience in the restaurant was beautiful and we had all the space for us. The waiter was attentive to our needs, but also gave us privacy so that we could chat and catch up."

"I have been in Rensselaer for a year now. I always see this place and I never thought much of it. I decided to go in today and was BLOWN away. The food was decadent and perfectly cooked. I don't think I have even tasted real food until today. The free bread came out warm and fluffy. They can be a bit pricey but you will not regret it. It was worth every dollar. The staff was so kind and curious. They were very attentive to all our needs. Thank you. You guys are absolutely amazing."

"Avoid this restaurant at all costs. When my wife and I arrived, we should have walked out immediately. The dining room was just as hot as it was outside, and the air conditioning was broken. As for the food, it was greasy, and the fried shrimp were not properly cooked. The scallops were undercooked as well. Additionally, this place only accepts cash or checks. Do yourself a favor and keep driving!"

"It was pretty good. It was my first time and the food was delicious. The service was a little dirty. We sat at the bar. I wasn't impressed by a service at all. But I had good company, good food. Empty glass most of the time. We would have stayed longer if the bartender was more involved and gave better service. It was man, bigger. He just didn't check much on us and he seemed distracted when we ordered. I had to repeat myself a few times. He looked around instead of listening. And he gave the impression that he wanted me to hurry with the order. I said it was my first visit. But he wasn't interested. I mean, he wasn't terrible. Less and average."

"Carry-out favorite. Wonderful deli products, rolls, and misc gourmet dry and canned goods. Boars Head products are always the best. Nice selection of deli salads and pre-made pasta dinners you can whip up at home in a few minutes. It 's frequently busy because people know about it but usually 6 or more counter help keeps the line moving. One of the ladys calls me hon which is always a plus. Love this place."

"Chips and salsa, salsa was bland and tasteless. I had the ground beef chimichunga, very bland (actually worse than the salsa) and a bit disappointing. My wife chose the shredded beef chimichunga which had more of a barbecue beef taste than mexican food. Not really worth the $14.99 each. Adult beverages were decent (not great) average ish at $8."

"This Panera is much better than others in the capital region. It is always quiet, even if they are overcrowded and they are quick to get out with the order and the food. My food allergies are taken seriously and I never have problems getting the right food."

"Nishiki never disappoints! My friend and I visited Nishiki for years and I realized I never wrote a deserved review. CC, Queena and the entire staff are always brilliant! Every time we get to eat, CC already knows our order. Queena asks how my son does if he's not with us. They take the time to meet their customers. We went to other Sushi restaurants in the area and every time we do that we wish we were in Nishiki. No other flavors can compare with Nishiki! Best paprika tuna and spicy seafood soup round! Thank you for always a great meal and entertainment!"

"I normally love Pizza My Love. However, tonight I find myself seriously contemplating whether they will ever get my business again. I placed a phone order for two calzones that my husband picked up. While my husband 's was correct, mine was not made correctly (ordered pepperoni and mushroom, received pepperoni and sausage). I called to inform them of the mistake and the man that answers the phone confirms with the pizza maker that it had been made incorrectly. He asks if I want it. I tell him no, I 'd like the one I ordered. He says ok and that he 'd make another and it 'd be ready in 10 minutes for me to pick up. I found it rude that he didn 't offer to have his driver deliver but I also didn 't ask so not the biggest deal. I drive the 10 minutes back and when I arrive he asks me if I brought the incorrect one with me, which I had not and had not been instructed to. I know this because we would have had this discussion over the phone when I called. Anyway, he proceeds to go on about how he wanted proof of the mistake and that if I didn 't want it, I should have brought it back. Mind you, he confirmed it was made incorrectly while i was on the phone! Irritated by this, I address the fact that I had to use my own gasoline to drive back to fix their mistake. He then tosses the calzone on the counter and says well next time you know, ok? Excuse me?!? Rather than apologizing for my inconvenience caused by your mistake, you 're setting expectations for ME for the next time you make a mistake? Maybe I 'm old fashioned (I 'm 39 so who knows what that 's considered) but this can 't be what passes for acceptable customer service. Pizza My Love has great pizza but maybe it 's time to revisit customer satisfaction."

"I was surprised to learn that there are vegan options at this pizza place in a small rural city in nw indiana! it was delicious! the sojamozzarella was wonderful. there is a veggie pizza combo offered by toppings on the menu, but we chose our own (jalapeños, mushrooms, bevel green paprika) their vegan cheese. the only grip I have is that the crust was a bit swoopy. it is thin crust, but it was so floppy that it was kind of hard to eat. Maybe it was understated, so I'll give it another attempt. and I think it's worth it. I just folded it. they also have a gluten-free crust option that I can try at some point. update: tried the vegan pizza again it was amazingly good! we had this time the veggie combo, the crust was perfectly so delicious cooked! I don't know what went wrong the first time with the crust, but I'm so happy that I gave them another chance!"

"Don't bother ordering Sweet tea here ..... You'll get mc brown water every single time. I seriously have stopped in 8 times or more in the past 3 months. Just trying to grab a sweet tea before I go take care of my grandma with cancer. It's a long drive. I'm mama to 5, time is never on my side. So the fast drive threw is super convenient. But the sweet tea absolutely never has any sweetness and not much of a brewed tea flavor. But the McDonald's off of 26 in Lafayette IN, has absolutely perfect sweet tea evey single time. I'm so confused how some locations have amazing sweet tea and others flavorless brown water."

"We ordered wings and they raised the price by $20 and we didn’t know until after we paid. When I questioned why It was so much he told me they raised their prices. I understand raising prices but we should have been informed when we ordered them (I would not have gotten them) and we definitely should have been informed before we paid. They had nothing showing the new prices… online or in the restaurant when we went to pick it up. All he said was “Sorry hun I’ll let you know next time”. Then I was even more upset when we got home and the wings weren’t good. There probably won’t be a next time."

"It's unfortunate that I occasionally find myself craving Taco Bell. However, my primary complaint is their use of incredibly cheap packaging, which often leads to messy situations. Every fold of the flimsy paper wrapping the tacos is filled with lettuce and cheese. Tacos are inherently messy, yet they don’t provide any plates, bowls, or boxes—just these flimsy paper wrappers. They quickly leak grease, which then seeps through the thin bags and onto your car, creating a real hassle."

"Don't be fooled by the appearance of this place, it's not just a taco stand. The food was fantastic - fresh and plentiful. The store had a great selection of treats, fresh meats, produce, and other goodies. The service was lovely and the prices were great. I would definitely go back! They were very accommodating with vegetarian options, willing to make anything with eggs. My daughter had delicious egg and cheese corn tortilla tacos. So tasty!"

"The new owners of this restaurant were unpleasant and pretentious. The place was dirty, as I witnessed an employee sweep the floor and then immediately handle the pizza without washing their hands. The kitchen was messy and there was trash everywhere. The person answering the phone was rude and unprofessional, and didn't seem to know how to do their job properly. They should consider taking a food handling course to improve their practices. The overall facility could use some attention and improvement."

"We had a wonderful lunch yesterday! Had our dog with us so we had to eat outside. I wish I had the name of the employees, but she went our food to us together with napkins and spices! Never had a full service in a fast food restaurant! We usually stop at Arby's, but not anymore!!! This is always our half way brand to indie!!! See you again!"
