"I visited this restaurant only once, so consider this a traveler's perspective. The spicy creamy tofu vegan ramen, despite my request for extra spice, was not spicy at all but still tasty. However, the tofu was a disappointment. It seemed like it was prepared by someone who doesn't like tofu, as it was cold, soft, and flavorless, ruining an otherwise decent ramen. There was no effort to marinate or flavor the tofu in the broth or otherwise. I also tried the quinoa salad, which I found to be pretty good. However, I thought the portion size was too small and the price of $11 was too high for what was offered, especially considering there were no standout qualities."

When it comes to the drink selection, Mon Ami Gabi truly excels. For those who enjoy alcoholic beverages, the French martini and French 75 are highly recommended. "I ordered the spicy Crafthouse chicken sandwich; it was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The facility was very clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, I did not evaluate this facility with 5 stars because Daniel F (my waitress) did not order correctly and when it was time for me to pay for my order, he automatically gave himself a 20% tip. So be careful when you pay out on the little hand held device because your waiter Daniel F (Reston Town Center location) could be and he can take it on himself to add his own tip percentage!"

"Pizza is super good but the online ordering tracking system isn’t great.They give quoted times for how long it’ll take and it is not updated by the time I come at the promised pickup time. The pizza, by the time I picked it up, was actually cold and clearly out of the oven 15-20 minutes before I arrived. So I reheated the slices at home with a toaster oven and it tasted fantastic.If the tracking system was more accurate to reflect completion, and I’m able to come pick up a warmer pizza as soon as it’s done rather than after it sits for 20 minutes, it’d be five stars."

"Ted's Bulletin is Gatsby meets modern adult milkshake bar! The vibes are at the right time. It feels like you have gone straight into a cleaned and brighter lit talking easily. We had a hard start in our visit here, and my assessment started like a rollercoaster that went down the highest point. My friend and I sat after we had ordered for almost an hour when we saw everyone eating and going around us while we had an empty table, except drinks. Sometimes things are secured, or the restaurant is busy so it is not fast. But it wasn't busy - we were before the rush. And there were two of us. Thirdly, our waiter did not come and confirmed us at all at this time, so we had no idea what the problem was. Finally, we talked to a worker, and our order was somehow deleted. They were very apologetic and even didn't charge us for the milkshake we got. That helped. But the complete turn around the experience was when we went to the front where the homemade pop darts are. We couldn't come by these babies and were ready to buy a few. But they gave us totally free for the thing with our order! This really made our day and we were just so happy and impressed by the customer service. And all the food we tried was fantastic. My breakfast Burrito was simply phenomenal and the perfect part, and the pop darts are made at home - do I need to say more?"

"Fun dining experience. This place is great to go to for a fun dining experience where you have to cook your own food and have a long, multi-course meal. The food is quite good but you?re essentially paying top dollar for some pieces of meat and vegetables to cook yourself? you?re paying more for the fondue experience than the cooking (best for dates/special occasions). Definitely get a broth and an oil for your entree so you can have two cooking styles. Also I thought that the Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese fondue was lacking in flavor and wish it had more seasoning, so I would suggest ordering a different cheese fondue. I think they were understaffed because it took quite a long time between courses so we were there 2.5-3 hours. But our waiter was super nice and we had fun cooking our food. Overall a good experience!"

"Everything was great. Grade: A- Jackson lives up to the outstanding reputation of his siblings in the Great American Restaurants Group. In a recent conversation about their restaurants with a chef in a local high-end facility, we both said that they share an important property – consistency. Jackson met the standard with ease. The service is excellent, with all waiting staff extremely competent and ready to help. It's a bit loud, especially on the bar side, its only drawback in our book. But the food is and should be why you want to come here. Every dish was designed by someone who knew food and prepared by someone who knew how to prepare it. Beginning with the appetizers, deviled eggs with seasoned pecans sugar cured bacon were addicted, with a strange combination of flavors that works beautifully. Crispy sweet mad kalamari were wonderful and plentiful. It is rare that I will be blown away from a salad, but Billy's chop house salad, mixed greens with a number of ingredients, including fresh corn from the cob, has an incredible buttermilk herbal dressing that almost had I lick the remains. Grouping fingers, represented as fish chips, were perfect. Not less exquisite was the huge part of the main rib, even better made with her grated horseradish. Every aspect of the meal was immaculate, and it would take a mere mention of Jackson to bring me back."

"This is my second time in this location. To say the least my first experience wasn?t that impressive but I wanted to give it a second chance cause it was busy on my first visit. So this time I decided to not order any bakery items because apparently they refuse to heat them up in this location. I decided to go with the cafe sampler, with chicken friand and French onion soup, I also made sure to ask for the soup and friand to be put in separate plates, and to NOT put the bread in the soup because it gets so soggy. You can clearly see in the pictures that they did exactly the opposite Not to mention the lack of customer service experience that their employees have and the negative attitude. I?ve been to multiple locations before and my experience was nothing but amazing in any other location, this one though is soo disappointing!!!"

"This is a stir fry oodles restaurant that feels more like a fast food small shop than an actual restaurant. Their selection is very limited and with competition in the area at very different and higher quality it's hard to recommend. Service was good, the crew was quite busy with online orders for pickup and carry out but they served us quickly. Pricey for the quality and atmosphere which, again, resembles more McDonald's than Panera. Overall I'd give it 3 stars"

"I ordered a medium pizza last night with 1/2 banana peppers and half jalapenos and crispy bacon on the whole thing. When I got it home it had banana peppers on the whole thing, jalapenos on half and absolutely no bacon! When I called to complain about there being no bacon, the person 's response was Oh I know there wasn 't any bacon. If you want to come back I 'll give you a side of it you can put on it. No I 'm not going back! I asked if they would give me credit towards the next order,and he said we can discuss that when I come back. This isn 't the only time I 've gotten bad ustomer service here. This location has horrible customer service especially for the prices being charged! I will not be back! There 's a better Ledos on Westfield 's Drive in Centerville. They know how to treat customers! I would highly recommend giving them your business! That 's where I 'll be taking mine from now on. It 's worth the extra 30 minutes drive there and back!"

"When it is done right the food itself is pretty good. However, the customer service here is horrible. The last several times I have ordered from Cafesano the chicken kabob was dry and overcooked. The pita bread was also burnt and hard and impossible to eat with the hummus. It was absolutely inedible.So on March 29, 2022, I thought I'd give them one more try and maybe if I told the manager of my previous experience and placed an order with him perhaps it might turn out better.When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was busy and couldn't speak to me. Since I was the only customer in the restaurant at 5pm I insisted to speak to the manager and was told I would have to wait. I responded by asking what restaurant would tell a customer that and was looked at with a blank stare and again was told he was busy.After 15 minutes the manager finally came out and I expressed my concerns about the food and service. I told him about my last experience at CafeSano and that I wanted to place my order with him. I told him I was hoping he would personally make sure the order was correct. He said he was too busy and couldn't do that. I told him that I had never experienced a manager who had so little concern for his customers and perhaps that was why no one in the restaurant at 5pm. I gave him one last opportunity to keep my business and he said nothing. He just turned and walked away.I left and will never go back. I don't know how a restaurant that operates with complete disregard for their customers can keep the doors open. Hopefully, my review can help others from having such an awful experience."
