"OMG....this place needs a major clean-up. Please scrub the carpets and clean up the salad bar. I ordered a Quesadilla. Horrible. Tasted like cheeze-whiz was on it and almost 3 pieces of chicken. It was horrible for $12.99. I should have sent it back. The salad bar was ok. Lots of clean-up needed. Food everywhere. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness of the plates. Waitress could care less if we were there. I saw lots of personnel, but no one seemed to be doing anything. Management needs to step up and make these people work for a living."

"The experience here was excellent! The chefs are extremely talented and keep entertained throughout the experience. They also interact with you by seeing small vegetable cuts if they can get it in the mouth. For the adult crowd they offer to spray Sake in the mouth, which is very funny. The restaurant offers fried rice and pasta for everyone. There is a selection of proteins to choose. Everything is cooked for perfection and the taste is spot on! If you weren't here, you have to experience this! RECOMMENDATIONS!"

"First time here, and it was a lovely experience. They have traditional dishes and a few more that are not on other Thai restaurant menus. Appetizers we had were spring rolls, crab rangoon, and steamed dumplings. ALL excellent. The Hawaiian Pork Fried Rice was a winner, as well. Included pineapple, cashews, raisins, some curry, and a couple other ingredients. Nice change-up from traditional fried rice. The Thai Iced Tea had wonderful flavor. Entrees at the table were Panang Curry and Pad Prik Khing, both rate on top, as well. Definitely will be back, and will spread the word!"

"Love the food, could have been a bit faster than it came to bring out my Cobb salad, but the potato chips AR the absolute best. Nice location very surprised how quiet it was on Saturday at 11:30. I sat at the bar and the bartender could no longer have been pleasant and helpful. The Cobb salad was exactly what I wanted and I guess if I had to wait an additional 10 or 15 minutes, it was worth it because it was so big. Thank you."

"I used to visit the original Datz all the time when I was stationed in Tampa. I took tons of family and friends there. The riverview location is a Sad imitation! We were greeted pleasantly. Picked a seat outside got the table wiped down, ordered a sweet tea n water and an appetizer.. The sweet tea was nothing more than sugar n water . We never got our appetizer. Our waitress had some kinda meltdown or something and walked away from the restaurant. We let one of the employees know that we were leaving since we didn't receive out appetizer or get a chance to order food. He apologized and said he'd try to get the manager but it could be a moment so we said no and excused ourselves. It's just sad.. my first time back since I retired and it just bummed me out."

"I just visited with my family. Despite the long line and how busy they were, the staff we interacted with at the speaker were fantastic! They were incredibly friendly and made our experience enjoyable. Our food was just as we ordered it. This was the best fast food experience I've had since COVID. These employees definitely deserve a raise!"

"This is definitely the best fast food burger I've ever had in Riverview. I even sent a compliment to the manager because the last two burgers I tried at this location were absolutely perfect! Both the taste and presentation were exceptional. If I can manage to slow down and snap a photo before devouring it next time, I will. The two McDonald's locations I’ve visited in Riverview always leave me feeling nauseated and let down, so Burger King has officially become my go-to for fast food burgers. A big thank you to the wonderful staff there!"

"This is an unfortunate story of a restaurant with poor ownership and management. First, a year ago, when I got home, I saw that my pizza had a 3 wide crust all around it. I really don 't like crust to begin with but at the very least it was not typical and I got far less pizza than expected. I called and was told by the manager that they have had trouble with help and they would put a credit on my account to replace the pizza. I looked, it was there for about a week then it was gone when I went to use it. I decided to give them another go about a week ago. Ordered a pizza online, it was ready when I got there, opened the box, the pizza looked good. Ran my credit card...timed out. Ran it again...timed out. Ran it again....declined. The girl said they had been having problems with this machine. No worries. I got a different card and she suggested using her other (very antiquated machine). Both machines were old compared to today 's standards. The 2nd machine worked. The next day I saw that there were charges pending on both cards. I called the manager who called the owner who said they would have to wait one more day to be sure the transactions cleared. They could see both transactions pending, but they would call me back the next day. Ok no worries. Three more days go by...crickets. Now I 'm on vacation. I see the transactions are no longer pending but cleared. I called again so I wouldn 't forget about it and was told that I had to provide screen shots of my credit card statement and email it to them. I said, that isn 't going to happenm, I 'm on vacation and I had no intention of doing their work for them. I explained that I too owned a biz for 49 years and know that they can look to see if those cleared. I was not going to be inconvenienced further. I contated them as a courtesy because I know they would incur charges if I disputed the charges. They insisted I gave them screenshots or I wouldn 't get my money. I said I would just dispute the charges then. I was told to do what I wanted to do. The next day when I was about to dispute the charges, I saw a credit pending on one of the charges. No call to me to tell me they took care of it. Such poor customer service. The owners were involved and the decisions were extremely poor. This was all their fault and never an apology or acceptance of blame. That was their last chance. I do not recommend the Providence Rd location to anyone. What a waste of time for a $25 refund."
