"Cheyenne on the Hostess booth was rude and told us that they did not make reservations on weekends, although OpenTable allowed me to reserve one. I then asked the waiting time and she said she didn't know. It was packed and nobody wore a mask. I also called when we wanted to see if someone else would answer, but I have the same answer. Totally unprofessional."

"OMG!! The Food was Amazing!! We had the BEST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We Celebrated our Daughters 21st Birthday, and it was PERFECT!! From the birthday confetti on the table to the Food,Service and the free slice of Birthday cake on a really cute plate that says Happy 21st Birthday!! Our server BRADEN served us our wine all evening and didn’t miss a beat!! All I can say is WOW and GREAT JOB, THANK YOU so Much for the Memorable Birthday!! The bill was over $400 for 4 ppl plus tip so $500 if wasn’t so pricey I’d go twice a week. I Promise you will love this place, try it At least once and you won’t be disappointed!! The steaks are very flavorful and come out on a sizzling hot plate and stays warm til the end! The sides are so big they cover a plate, 2ppl can definitely share a side and get full. I mean BIG!! "This restaurant is a lovely place with a welcoming atmosphere. The walls are adorned with beautiful paintings and murals. The service was superb, attentive without being overbearing. Our server was very knowledgeable and our food was served promptly and was both delicious and hot. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. "From the moment you go to the property, feel the Cuban vibe with the copilot old cars. Then you go in and feel the mood with the Latin music? and hectic of customers. We started with the Cuban sampler who was amazing and gave you a small taste of everything. We then got a flight from Mojitos where you choose three and get the classic. My Fave was the classic, then Peach, then strawberry. It's hard to wear a classic in my book. Then I heard this lady who rode over the classic Margarita and had to try one, so glad I did. It was excellent!!!! Then we went to the Cuban Sampler dinner with three proteins, plantains and rice and beans. It was so delicious! Then for my favorite dish the flaan was excellent!!! The taste bomb of this rich decadent plate was worth the drive alone. I mean, this flan would give a crème brûlée a run for his money, and that is strong words coming from this chef; I highly recommend this food and hear that they dance on Friday and Saturday after 9am."

"My wife and I loved the food! I had the fire department. My wife had the coconut chicken salad. I couldn't believe the size of the parts. We will get both 2 full meals from this lunch date, so it was definitely money well spent. Miranda, our server gave us great recommendations. I love it if a server is not afraid to sell something! "Always great quality for fast food with friendly service. I like all their offerings but I really enjoy the breakfast. The egg white grill has great flavor and is quite filling while being a more healthy option. The Chicken Biscuit can’t be beat if your not on a diet. The fact that they are too classy to call out the morons that give them a low rating for a ridiculous reason just makes me like them more!"

"I've always been in love with this place. Today was no exception. The service was great. I ordered a **** Mary that came up with a huge shrimp. The drink was a little spicy, but it was very good. I had her gumbo that can't be beaten except you? deep in Louisiana. I had the catfish with rice and Coleslaw. The Koleslawin is really good. I received great service from a nice young man who was quick to serve and checked for me. Didn't you try? What?"

"I would like to say by saying that I emailed and called the restaurant to discuss this privately before I google review. I went to this restaurant tonight and took me. When we get home, we start eating 1 of the 3 items we have. We found 2 hairs cooked this dish in the food. Would you eat the rest when your dinner started? We didn't. After sending the email with photos, I called to talk to someone about it. The first person said they couldn't even talk to me because she didn't have access to email. Okay. So she got a manager. I was on the call back. The manager took off to tell her the situation. She was not apologetic or compassionate anyway. She was afraid to tell me how they were? re a family business and can't refund me for my meals. She was willing to give me a loan for one article, but I would have to go back there for 25 minutes to get money, even though I paid with card. That's not a solution for me. Maybe if she showed an ounce of empathy, I wouldn't be so interested. But to have no respect for a new customer, I will not come back and bring my experience to Google."

When our meals didn't come out together she was right on it to find out why. My wife's salad didn't have the dressing and toppings, and she was quick to resolve the issue. Without her this probably would be a 4 ? review, but her attentiveness saved it.From a food standpoint everything tasted great. "On our way home from UARK we grabbed carry out from Sharky's. I am a vegetarian and my husband is not so having options for both of us is a must. We were also traveling so having lighter options is even better. Sharky's met both of these requests. Online ordering was a breeze and easy to modify your choices. Once we arrived we called to let them know we were there and our food came out on time. I had one chorizo style cauliflower and mushroom taco and one grilled fish taco with a side of beans. The cauliflower taco was unique and spicy. I am glad I tried it but one was plenty. It was such a unique combo and the pepitas added a great crunch. The fish taco stole the show for me though. The fish was firm and on one piece. It really held together well and the sauce was not overwhelming so the fresh fish taste really came through. My husband had the California chicken tacos. So simple and fresh. The beans (black or pinto or a mix) are definitely dried beans that have been cooked on site, not canned. They are incredible. The rice that came with my husbands was way overcooked and crunchy. I am sure just a fluke. Our meals came with a small bag of fresh thick cut tortilla chips and two sides of salsa that was mild and fresh. Really great place."

"I would have given short and small 5 stars, but because of unorganized personals and a mixture of those who had our table. we sat and waited to be ignored by the employees for a long time. the choice of the beer is great. eating was very good. we had the fish and chips. I'd suggest the waiters to have the cutlery napkins and spicy on the table before the food arrives. some waitresses did, we didn't. No one should have to wait for cutlery after their food is delivered. we will try this place definitiw again. we don't go out to eat to tell the waiter how to do his job."

"Ate lunch here with my Dad! Super awesome atmosphere. We sat at the bar and we're attended too often. We both ordered the special which was a slice of pepperoni pizza and a salad. The one slice of pizza was HUGE and I had some left to save for a nice treat before work. Also had the louisiana wings which the wings alone are the best around and the flavoring is super tasty! "Been here in the past . It used to be pretty good, but now it 's below average in food quality service, while the prices are high. They 've elevated the menu design and the description of the food items to make them sound premium. They 're not. They are over priced. My food came out crusted over from sitting under the warmers. Oh, and it was lovingly delivered by a service ROBOT. Margaritas lacked flavor. My wife 's salad had a stale taste. (Likely the shell) . Our waiter was kind, and she felt ' new ' . Not her fault on the food quality, but probably on the service . We DID NOT take home leftovers. We went there today because we had not been there in about 5 years, and remembered a good experience from a more elevated restaurant. Not any more. Unfortunately, no plans to return. Not worth it AT ALL. We usually go to Las Fajitas. They are more fairly priced and the food is significantly better. They may not have the ambiance of Abuelos, but the food is much better."

"Nothing particularly noteworthy. I searched for nearby breakfast spots and this café appeared in the results. Linda, the owner, is quite unfriendly, though most of the staff are pleasant. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we waited about 15 minutes for a table since there were 10 people ahead of us. The breakfast burrito was loaded with meat, but it was quite greasy—I had to eat it with a fork and knife. The pancakes were huge, about the size of your head, and came with sausage, bacon, and eggs. Even though I'm not usually a pancake fan, I enjoyed a few bites from my son. The coffee was good—not too strong but not bitter either. Overall, it was a decent meal, but nothing memorable. The group next to us had their order mixed up and then found a hair in their food when it finally arrived. Combined with Linda's unpleasant demeanor, this makes it hard to recommend going out of your way to eat here."

"The food and service here are phenomenal! We were delighted to find lumpia on the menu. This had been a favorite in my family since I was a child and we rarely find it at restaurants. It was AMAZING! My husband and I both ordered sandwiches accompanied by parmesean fries. Very fresh and tasty, all. The drinks were great, service was fast and friendly, but the live entertainment was the standout! Erin Detherage played guitar for two solid hours nonstop. She played every kind of music covering a wide span of time and genres. EVERYONE was entertained. Her talent is just wonderful to watch and hear. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a great family style, country kitchen. They make almost everything in-house. You start out with a white bean soup, and then the meal comes. "I met friends for dinner last night. Sa outside, very nice furnishings. You actually have a non-smoking outdoor terrace! Your smashed steak bites were AMAZING!
