"Don’t waste your time ordering ahead at this location. I ordered two plates online, and I arrived at the time my order was scheduled to be ready, however they were busy and had a long line so I figured I would ask someone if it was ready or how much longer the wait would be, because I understand restaurants get busy so I didn’t mind waiting a little bit for my order. When I asked, the lady with blonde short hair rudely said she’ll make the order when the line is done, so I waited at the end of the line, but once it was my turn, she rudely said she has to use the bathroom first. More customers came in so there was a longer line now and she ignored me and once again said she’ll make my order once she takes everyone else’s orders. I waited in my car for 15 minutes, and then I got in line again, and once it was my turn she finally made my order. At this point, it was already an HOUR since my order was supposed to be ready at. And the whole time she was giving me lookslike I understand places get busy but I literally got my online order an hour after it was supposed to be ready, and I’ve never had this issue with any other place"
