"Terrible food and lack of service. I would give it a zero if I could. I went with my daughter and got a cookie dough shake and banana spilt. Once we got our food (after 20 mins of waiting) we were so disappointed in what we got I ordered a banana spilt with multiple different flavors and well as different syrups. What I got was a banana with vanilla ice cream thrown on top and drenched it syrups. My daughter got a cookie dough shake and it was just vanilla ice cream with a wad of cookie dough at the bottom. We went to the grocery store and got better dessert than this."

"Probably the best fast food place in town, but the bar is set really low in Roosevelt. The people aren't very concerned about their customers. It's McDonald's, so you always get what you're expecting as far as the food is concerned, that's good. Decent drive through times. Fastest in town, but like I said...the bar is really low here."

"How many people know my husband and I took care of my husband's father. After 91 years, he died respectfully yesterday. My husband and I had not eaten all night and we decided to take a break from the long day in the pizza hat in Roosevelt. After eating and still trying to process things we looked at our receipt, and they gave us the manager discount. Not only that, but they constantly looked after our needs. Fill the cups and bring us napkins. Ask if everything is okay, but still give our room. We didn't even know that they drew attention to what my husband and I were upset. Thanks for our reason. It was so friendly and generous for your hospitality. "my spouse and I ate here on the way out of town after a visit in the opposite. it was one of the few places that were open on Sunday. the waitress did not welcome us, just asked us what we wanted to drink abruptly. we ordered her houseburger. salat on the side of me, fries with him. I asked if I could exchange the Swiss cheese on my burger with another kind. the waitress said: on your salat? (no cheese was added on the side salad. I asked about the burger. she seemed to be confused, I think so. we asked for American cheese. I asked for oil veil on the side of my salate. she seemed very confused on this question. never asked how we wanted the burgers to cook. Anyway, my home salad was mixed with a lot of brown salate and 2 grape tomatoes. then she brought 2 silver creamer pitcher with veggie oil into one and white rinager in the other. I asked them if they had olive oil and balsamico vinagar for the salat. she pretended to speak another language and said they told me to bring her. Whoever they are, maybe shouldn't run a kitchen. the burgers were well cooked, but had little taste and were very dry. spent $38.00 on this chaos and 2 coffees that were the best part of our meal. I never want to go back."

"The customer service of the Resort staff was great. The rental house was well prepped and cleaned for us. There is definitely some repairs needing done here and there. It is a great functional space, but I would not describe it as luxurious. The overallexperience for the price was good enough to where we think we will return. However we really wish they hadn’t sold therestaurant, because the current service and food quality was not very good at all, the two times we tried to eat there. "I was very disappointed. I ordered a large mexi fry with cheese and I got 16 mexi fries and a very little cheese. I could have went to the dollar tree for 2.00 and got a whole bag of tator tots and a whole bag of cheese. And saved money . I also ordered a beef soft taco and it was all beans and sour cream with a light sprinkle of beef. And the cinnamon chips i got a half bag of crumbs. Not impressed at all. And I used to like Taco Time."
