"We just happened to be on this restaurant and have been eating there several times since then. Freshly prepared dishes, a great and quiet ambience and friendly service. "Actually, it's all written here. Can only confirm this, no previous reservation, partly long waiting period (Saturday, beautiful weather, many guests, may take an hour), but the food is worth it as a broiler must be. "Netter Fahrer Schnelle Lieferung. Geschmacklich allerdings gerade mal nur passabel . Habe kurz vor Schließung bestellt (ca. 22:58) beide Pizzen waren nicht wirklich gebacken total labbrig. War der Ofen schon aus oder sind die Pizzen angedacht im heimischen Ofen zu Ende gebacken zu werden? Letzteres wäre möglich gewesen, allerdings befand ich nich im Krankenhaus somit war mir dies dann doch nicht möglich... Die Holy Funghi Pizza hat kaum nach Funghi geschmeckt die Pilze musste man mit einer Lupe suchen. Die Vegiyaki Pizza hingegen war geschmacklich sehr gut, aber das vegane Chicken zu trocken sie war halt nicht durchgebacken, sprich roher Teig... Die Cheese Chili Nuggets waren kross lecker hatten eine angenehme Schäfe. Die Röstisticks hingegen waren labbrig viele durchgebrochen. Geschmacklich kommen sie an Reibekuchen heran. Die Dips (BBQ Honig, Knoblauch, Kräuter Remoulade, Sour Cream, Icing Caramel) haben alle sehr industriell künstlich geschmeckt . Am Besten haben der BBQ Honey Knoblauch Dip geschmeckt in Kombi mit den Chili Cheese Nuggets. Sour Cream und die Kräuter Remoulade haben mit den Röstisticks harmoniert hat mich geschmacklich aber nicht umgehauen künstlicher Geschmack halt. Wirklich komplett ungenießbar war das Cinnamon Bread mit Icing Caramel Dip. Dabei handelt es sich um stinknormale Pizzateig mit Zimt Zucker bestreut , der beim anfassen reinbeißen komplett abfällt alles vollkrümelt. Der Dip hat am meisten eklig künstlich geschmeckt Beides landete im Müll. Samt Röstisticks auch jeweils 1 2 Pizza jeder Sorte : Am Ende habe ich nur den Belag mit einer Gabel runtergepickt gegessen, weil der Pizzateig halt roh ungenießbar war. Mit der 1l Flasche Fanta konnte man nicht viel falsch machen außer sie warm zu liefern. Aber die war angenehm gekühlt. Für 60€ insgesamt eine sehr schwache Leistung "

"... mit etlichen Kollegen da. Wir hatten vorher reserviert. Das war nett und freundlich möglich.Da sehr gutes Wetter war, konnten wir ganz unbürokratisch draussen Tische und Stühle zusammen schieben und die Sonne genießen.Man merkte gleich, dass die einzelne Kellnerin schnell überfordert war. Es war aber so schön zu sehen, wie sie nett und höflich blieb, dass es kein Problem war. Sie wirkte nie genervt.Das Bier war lecker und auch das Essen war gut. Als es dann später kälter wurde konnten wir ohne Problem auch rein gehen. Wir fanden es alle toll und kommen gern wieder."

Was hat gefehlt? - yakitori spiesse schmeckten nach convenience. Fade sauce und leicht pappige Konsistenz. - sashimi lachs: ok. Menge in Ordnung für 8,90 euro- ura maki crunchy sehr röstzwiebellastig- ura maki tekka spezial schmeckte gut- das Ganze noch in reichlich plastik angerichtet, zudem wenig ansprechend sehr eng reingepackt, das können mittlerweile andere Anbieter nachhaltiger und hübscher.- der Verkäufer frug 2 x nach ob ich bar oder mit ec karte zahlen möchte. Auf meine Nachfrage warum das am telefon schon wichtig zu wissen ist, gab es ein Schweigen. Ich gab schliesslich an mit Karte zahlen zu wollen.- ohne kommentar fand ich auf der Rechnung den Posten 1 x zahlungsgebühr für 20 cent. Geht nicht um die 20 cent, aber die Art es zu verschweigen. So kam es zumindest rüber.Persönlich finde ich Gebühren gleich welcher Höhe für EC karte gehen gar nicht.Abschliessend blieb ein fader Beigeschmack was im übrigen auch für das essen galt."

"I haven't been a guest at Hotel Neptun as a hotel yet, but only enjoyed the brunch at the hotel last Sunday. For 40€ every Sunday at the hotel restaurant there is a huge Sunday brunch buffet. The price is happy, but the atmosphere is simply super and the panoramic view of the Baltic Sea is phenomenal. "I had ordered a table on the app for the 50th birthday. a confirmation email will follow immediately. we were looking forward to the evening. arrived in the restaurant, they could not find our booking. I showed my confirmation email, but it was not found. the restaurant was booked. the personal service asked us to get a table for us. the table was separated from the other guests in the breakfast area of the hotel. after the unfortunate we ordered our food and hoped that the evening will end nicely. my man and my children ordered a carving with a sweet potato gratin in a price class of 25 €. the waiting period until eating was normal. Unfortunately we had to complain about the carvings when they were salted. we called the waiter and this we explained with the kitchen, whereupon a free softdrink or a coffee was offered to us. I was not satisfied with it, of course I didn't want to eat it for free, I wanted satisfied and satisfied guests. at this price-performance level I also expected another service. after another complaining at the responsible waiter we got three new dishes, which were now a bit sober, but in contrast to the first carvings were completely in order. our evening did not find a nice end.
