"Just tried Zitoon Grill Mediterranean Cuisine at the Fashion Square Mall food court in Saginaw. It was *amazing*! Apparently, they’ve only been open about a month. The tabbouli was crisp and lemony and so good. The baba ghanouj and hummus were creamy and garlickyThe vegetarian stuffed grape leaves were lemony and soft with a little bit of chew. The falafel was spiced, with amazing crunch on the outside. It was Perfect! 10/10 Would absolutely try again and drag friends back. Y’all cal have Panda Express or Subway, but I’m going Zitoon!"

"We had a wonderful meal here for dinner on Saturday. First, the restaurant was impeccably clean and organized. Greetings were kind and professional. Our waiter, Jeffery, was fantastic. We didn't wait for anything. He checked so often. The manager went around asking for our food and service. That was so refreshing. I forgot that was common at a time. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Definitely makes you feel good when you spend some money when it is worth it. We are not the inhabitants of Saginaw, but I have already said that friends make it a point to go here when in town. Thank you for restoring our faith in the culinary experience. Bravo!"

"As visitors from out of town, this was only our second experience at an Indian restaurant, and we couldn't be more pleased. We started with two appetizers, both of which were excellent. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, and it was delicious. We also had garlic naan, which complemented our meal perfectly. My son enjoyed the shrimp curry, which was exceptionally good. If we return to Saginaw, we will definitely come back!"

"I always liked harvey. a few days ago I got an email about a special thema. we were in saginaw and decided to go to dinner. So I pulled out my phone and showed the waitress and told her we wanted the special. it included an appetizer two entrees and two desserts. after dinner came the bill and was twenty dollars more than the special. it turned out that the special was not good for the day we were, and we had to pay the full price for everything. we would never have ordered all that if it hadn't been for the special. the manager came and told us in the ground hard luck. he brought the special menu to the table and said a bang blah blah. I realized that the waitress didn't tell us that the special was not in force. she took the order that we wanted the special one. more blah blah blah blah tough luck buddy of the manager. at this point I admit that I was very upset and had asked him to go. my wife asked if he could give us something and he agreed to take off the dessert. I don't think we have to ask. Eat is good. the waitress was very nice and attentive. not complaining. management not so much. I wish I had gone too bad."

"Host Tallin? seemed unprepared, he asked us for drinks without jotting anything down, gave us the wrong drinks and no straw Waitress seemed more prepared, she apologized for any inconvenience, and a case of mistaken table. She seemed very professional, and had a friendly attitude. She was quick with any question I had asked, and didn't seemed at all bothered by the changes to my dish My dish was an Irish Omelette, consists of: sautéed Ham, Peppers, onions, and Cornbeef Hash, side of hash browns. They brought my food out and didn't read the ticket clearly as there was no presence of Cornbeef Hash in the omelet, immediately sent it back, The cook threw cornbeef hash inside the mess up and served it back to me, the presentation of my dish is abysmal and over crowded on my plate, and ludicrously greasy, The Waitress seem to be the only one that knows what she is doing when it came to proper customer care. hash browns is the best part of my plate. They came out crispy and touch over done (how I like it personally) If the cook improves his ticket awareness as well as plate presentation, and this restaurant will THRIVE The price of food is reasonable and the atmosphere is vibrant and very inviting."

"there was the first time in 2 years lunch. all meat pizza and original speere. it was good, but it seems that pizza wasn't as sharp as I remember, and garlic sauce on the brotstix was not enough spread to cover the whole job. we still love this place, but wish that restaurants match their winning recipes. forget to make a picture, but it looked great!"

"the service is very hit or miss. Friday night and our server took almost half an hour to get drinks. waited about 40 minutes for a plate of nachos to share for us. the cheese was not even cooked in the middle. So not sure why we waited so long. we were never offered on our drinks after bottling and had to fly the waitress on our bill. oh and had to go to the bar to look more acidic and ask salsa, although we ordered the nachos with them. After waiting for her to be back, I have it myself. very disappointing as it wasn't even busy. more than half of the tables were empty. we spent almost 2 hours there and decided that it is time to write these, as we have more slow service than fast in this particular restaurant."

"Food quality has gone down since the pandemic. Tap beer was warm. But the place still has the nostalgic feel with all the lamps and small town vibe, but could use a really good cleaning, just look up."

"PERFECTION! We hosted a wedding dinner for 40, and we could not be more impressed or grateful for our choice. Lonnie and her staff were amazing to work with…. Detail oriented, professional, reasonable, and generous. The decor was beautiful, the food SPECTACULAR, and our special evening with friends and family could not have been more perfect. I cannot recommend this establishment more. It is the epitome of what a small business should be: hands-on, invested in the experience of its patrons, flexible, creative, and personal."

"chicken wings are good in size and comparable to preisen. there could be less salt to taste, preferred. they could have more appetizer variety options. fresh homemade pizza here is great and tastes naturally healthier compared to other locations. new trendy appetizers like mushroom spits or deep fried cauliflower would be great for this place. new cumbersome layout looks great."

"I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but my recent visits have shown a decline in both food quality and customer service. We ordered lamb and goat dishes, and to our disappointment, about 80% of the meat was boneless, leaving us with very little to eat (the bone is visible in the picture, and we shared this among three people from just one plate). We also requested a dish with less spice, which turned out to be good, but this time, what we received was inedible (my friend, who is South Asian, agreed). Unfortunately, I won’t be returning."

"The owners, Jim and Steve, are very involved in our community and have created a welcoming environment with homemade food at their diner. They offer a variety of dishes that are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Some popular menu items are the hot beef sandwich, beef rollup, pork rollup, and delicious salads. They also serve a unique and tasty French toast for breakfast. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and try their delicious offerings!"

"Visited for my daughter's 14th birthday party with a large group of kids and adults. Called ahead for seating which they gladly set up for us. Employees were great with the chaos that ensued with ordering/delivering to our tables. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Someone even came out to cut our cake for us. Everyone had a great time and Culver's employees were patient, respectful and beyond helpful. Thank you for a great family restaurant I can be proud to take my kids to!"

"The food was great.... but the staff seemed very short with me. This was my first visit and I had placed my order online well being the first time I didnt realize they had a specific way of handling online orders. I went to the front counter and was told online pickup is over there (pointing to a sign) I turned around noticed the sign and my order sitting on the shelf. I now know when you order online the staff is not needed and that seems like a good thing at this location. Edit.. I was contacted by the actual firehouse subs on google and was told the franchise owner would contact me as well. That never happened with the amount of options In Saginaw it wont be hard to find a new sub shop."

"Feel the stress of everyday life melts from the second you go. The atmosphere was open and rich. Everyone was friendly, attentive, friendly and the recommendations were perfect. The food was amazingly delicious. Type: We came closer to close and were pleasantly invited to come. Thought: We shared our meals and our order has already been shared. We love diving sauce for our sweet potatoes and our server spun it up. She even wrote up things to see during our next day visit. Recommendations: Our server really enjoyed helping and telling us about the delicious menu choices. You could say that she really loved the food. Plus, we could cost the alcohol in our mixed drinks. Friendly: We look forward to going back and being treated so well. The owner called our hotel to let us know that we left a personal product and then he left it on his way home. If you ask where to eat, the Montague Inn confidently recommended Jake's and guaranteed we would love it. You were right!"

"I dont understand how it says your open until 2 am I go there with 15 minutes to spare and nobody answers me in the drive thru 5 min later and I pull up to the window on a Sunday night after working all night and was blatantly lied to saying you close at 1 am?! Like why would someone be that cruel and rude to somebody hungry like this and refuse to serve them? I work in the restaurant industry amd I understand it can be frustrating when your closing but there was absolutely no reason for this and you lost very good customers in Shields!!! The signs say everywhere what time you close and I will be coming in and speaking to a manager. I always still serve people up until closing time always!!!"

"make them fall and go to the gratiot road taco bell. I have come to this bell so often, and forget about it again and again. I should check my bag, but every time they regain my trust, I miss an article. I had now articles that have disappeared from my order, for the 5th time in the 2 years living ive in saginaw. gratiot street taco bell leaves me never angry, try it."
