"waited 15 minutes to be filled with restaurant 1/4. 30 minutes before we were seen from a server. ordering food and drink as soon as it came to the table and expects that the food should last. and the water did not come out until the food was 40 minutes later. assumed, the kitchen is possibly short personal as most places in these days. we only saw our server when they put something on the table so that we could not check the status of feed and drink. the manager is incredibly rude. they acted as if we had asked her for her first born child when we had asked her to change the tvs into the two games in the march. wings were kold. had she sent back, but it should have been there for another hour. this place needs a great overhaul. the drive is worth a bit more to get better service. side note: out server was very friendly and seemed to understand the quality of the service was not on par. the problems come from the administration."

"We had an amazing experience here on New Year's! Not only was the food delicious (hello empanadas! , the service and attentiveness was stellar. The owner was friendly and spoke with us frequently and even sent a couple of desserts to our table on the house. I highly recommend this establishment- it will be in my top recommendations for out of town guests and a frequent visit for us!!"

"the place was pretty busy. had to wait about 10 minutes until 2 of us were sitting. another 15 minutes waiting after we ordered what I thought was pretty fast how busy they were. we both ordered breakfast plates. that was delicious. that, (our waitress) was exceptionally polite, polite, cheerful and very knowledgeable about their menu points. I would return to this place."

"First requested to sit in a specific area. The host told us he couldn't sit us there because he just sat someone there. My father informed him that he did not want to sit where he was suggesting and the host said, Well, I don't know what you want me to do about that My father is over 80 NO, he didn't want to sit at a high top at the bar.The philly chesseburger was RAW not medium as requested. The 6 oz sirloin and shrimp skewers was over cooked. Waitress apologized and had it re-done. It came back MORE over cooked. At this point, we just paid and left.The ONLY good experience was the waitress. I don't remember her name but she had dark hair, in a pony tail and was very soft spoken and apologetic.Not really interested in returning. At least the tea was good."

"I gotta give a shout out to there staff. I usually rate fast food chains low because of the customer service. But not here! Even when lines are long, they usually move steady and quick. And all the workers always speak and provide good customer service, which you don't get at many fast food chains, or any at all. So I have to give there staff a shout out"

"I have a job for picking up into the load (camp number 74907.) I am here and they have closed the dining room so I had to go to the long line in the car thru. when I went on, they could not find the job I had put, although I verified it was charged on my card, and I verified it was from their memory grief. I explained this to the person who worked the running gear thru, and they did not provide any help in solving the problems, in the grunde does not provide customer service, and they essentially told me that I had to pay the fee back on my side. a similarity to try something, or at least that I could talk to someone else about it, even at a later time, would have been appreciated. probably some of the worst services I have, and not that it is important to them, but I will take business to other locations."

"I give two stars because the food was good and the server was working her tail off to basically run that entire restaurant last night at about 7-8pm. But I think I'll be going to a different olive garden location from now on. We waited for thirty minutes to get seated. Yes I understand short staff and blah blah blah, but I also understand that there were constantly people just sitting around doing literally nothing. At one point in the evening, while we were waiting to be seated, I counted 7 staff, standing behind the host-counter in the beginning/front of the store just chit-chatting when some of those people could have been clearing tables to seat people, not their job or their problem I guess. I just took matters in my own hand and cleared a table with only a few things on it that sat there for 15 mins+ after the elderly woman finished her food and left, that was after the manager asked for that table to be cleared and some kid comes out, picks up a single wine glass, then leaves back to the kitchen. Thank goodness when we finally got seated, our waitress, the only person working in the building, was GREAT! To top it off, I saw black mold in the kitchen, just blatantly out right there behind the bar. If the owner wants, I can share a picture with them of that but only by request because I don't want to post it here if the owner can reach out to me in good faith and request."

"We had the worst customer service. We got our drinks 25 minutes after we sat down. Our food never actually arrived. We watched three other tables get served and they all arrived after we ordered. Our server was scrambling and we caught her not telling us the truth twice. We also witness another table not getting their food. We were so disappointed and will not go back."

"Seen they're latest ads on TV. Wasn't quite sure, but, then I seen it, Market Fresh Sandwiches. Roast Turkey w/Swiss won me over. I wasn't disappointed in the least. Cut in half, I managed two meals. A great variety, plus the good ole Roar beef Cheddar, always works...Mocha milkshakes, got to be on your list. Delicious."

"Service: As soon as I walked in afternoon, I didn't have to wait. The staff was not sleepy but was very active with smiles and they were in tune of the party vibe ready to assist patrons. Gentleman at the cashier was helpful with the orders hence not visiting Fuzzys in this location and for a while. Am proud to say he was very insightful, patient, understanding and not biased towards recommendation. Family, large group, and kid friendly. Few TV's with ESPN Membership: Also reminded me of the app that I needed to download to collect my points, which was amazingly done with ease and flexibility. The re-usable Drink cup saves on money the next visit and environmental progress attempt to reduce waste, I mean who wouldn't? Great job. Looking forward to more improvements. Business: The other members were also helpful with trying to help me find an outlet so I can do work. Two outlets are located in the back room. WiFi: 60 Down 10 UP Average on 2 bars. Food: Not digging the Boracho Beans which included bacon (soft), needed extra salt n pepper a bit bland. The fish taco was great (the sauce brings it to home plate) The brisket taco definitely needed ground pepper and the home complimentary sauce. Bathroom: Entering the hallwall displayed group photos that had visited the restaurant. Into the bathroom was clean and nothing smelt janky but someone didn't flush their lard. Automatic water faucet. Plenty of room for handicap (men). -Mar19- Visited this restaurant not too long ago and had the opportunity to bring the kids to this area. They loved it! We were going to our usual Wingstop next door but they don't allow sitting in no more. Looks like the experience was worth it because the kids loved the food and the vibe. The food was quickly made for them. One of them had surgery in the mouth and I am glad he was able to eat the soft tacos. The workers were very kind even before I told them that it was their first time ever visiting. Hope they support Fuzzy Tacos in the future and bring their friends here when they get older. Btw the sauces never fails!"

"waited more than two hours and during this time received only three of 8 items ordered. the poor waitress was coughing, but could not keep up with all the tables outside. to add further disappointment, they asked to go broth with a mussel sauce; received three tiny cold pieces after almost an hour sauce was cold charge for the three crumens was exaggerated. no manager or someone came to check on us, even after the other couple said they had only thirty minutes to wait, and the waitress came back and said our eating would not be ready until then because no clean dishes. we let starve, cold and terribly disappointed after 2.5 hours with an ugly bill."
