"I 've been here twice and have been impressed both times. Ordered the beef pho and fried oyster mushrooms, both so well seasoned and the soup was spicy! The portions are huge and I always have yummy leftovers to enjoy tomorrow. New favorite spot when I 'm visiting for a hockey game."

"I visited this restaurant on a Saturday around noon. There were plenty of available seats and parking was no problem. I have been aware of this place for about 15 to 20 years, always catching a whiff of it while driving by, but I never actually dined here until now. Typically, if I am craving com tam, I would go to a pho place since San Jose is a bit of a hassle to drive to just for food. I decided to try the #7 dish, and to sum it up, it was really amazing. The egg cake, shrimp cake, and sugarcane were delicious, but the grilled shrimp stole the show with its perfect cook and juiciness. Surprisingly, I don't usually enjoy shrimp that much. The beef ribs were decent, but probably the least impressive part of the meal. The portions were generous, which is fitting for the price. The food was a bit salty, but still tasty. After 20 years of curiosity, my dream of dining at this restaurant finally came true, and it exceeded my expectations set by the inviting smell I always noticed while driving past."

"Delicious food and good service. This wasn?t something I planned on getting. I was on a motorcycle ride and actually wanted an iced coffee and sandwich from Starbucks. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to find something else in the area. Stumbled across this place and ordered a chicken tikka pizza. WOW. Not only was the food a hit the service was fantastic. Told my wife about this and we had a second chicken tikka pizza that evening. No regrets. Must recommend.Good ingredients and tasty food."

"Can be hectic at times and they're a little on the pricey side, but they are consistently so good. Been coming for years and years and it's the best bagel in the neighborhood! Not the spot for hanging out and eating, but certainly fine for takeout. Spinach parm bagel sun dried tomato cream cheese is... magical."

"This Peet’s is located right in the Lucky’s shopping center. There is lots of parking. Staff is always nice and courteous. I’m not always good as using the app and staff does go out of their way to show me how to use it. Check out my photo of the delicious Mocha Frappe! It’s so good. It tastes like desert in a cup."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt. I enjoyed the pleasant background music and the attractive decor. I ordered a large combo meal and it was delicious. I plan on returning to try their pad thai. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5."

"I tried this place for the first time today and I wanted to write about the excellent service I received. I ordered a half and half Castroville Mendocino vegan pizza. The pizza came out on time but the Mendocino was missing bread crumbs. When I enquired about the same, they told me that they missed adding those. So far so good. They immediately added a few crumbs but it turned out that the person was handling sausage while adding the crumbs. Remembering and respecting my dietary restrictions they themselves remade the pizza again and informed me about the same. I felt they were being very inclusive and respectful of my dietary preferences and I really appreciate that. The pizza itself was decent but the service was excellent.Vegetarian options: They had several vegetarian and vegan options on their menuDietary restrictions: I found them very respectful of my dietary preferences"

"I discovered this place a month ago while I was on my new route, and I made an excuse to stop here since then. remy is the ultimate host, they service with a smile and make them welcome. he, nancy and devin make great sandwiches and create a really warm and friendly atmosphere. I liked this place and had planned to come back. but today the staff impressed me even more. I ordered one of her next-courts I hadn't tried before, and I personally wasn't too in there, so I had only a few bites. when I finished the rest of my meal and took my tablet back into the counter to say and go thanks, devin asked if I did not like the side I had ordered. I said I didn't like it so much, but that it was okay and that I would get something else next time. both he and remy immediately offered me something else on the menu I wanted. they knew I was a repeater and they wanted to take care of me well, even though I had only been there a few times. I said it was good and I didn't want anything, but they were super nice and said it was in the house. I'm always coming back here, and I encourage everyone to do that."

"Ordered to go lunches from Pho Luc Lac May 2023. The restaurant is located in a strip mall easily accessed from highway 85 and parking was plentiful. I do know the parking lot can be busy when the nearby gym and karate centers are in full swing. Staff were attentive and friendly, payment was a breeze using my cell phone. The restaurant was busy and consisted of nicely spaced dining tables along the walls. I grabbed my three soups, spring rolls and left. Back at work, I realized all the food looked and smelled fabulous. The spring rolls fresh, delicate and just enough crisp from the vegetable and mint. Chicken and beef soups were really good and served with the usual accompaniments. Broth was packaged separate from the meats and veggies. I recommend heating up the broth a minute before combining. My only gripe is not having a to go bowl to blend my ingredients together. The containers given to me were a quart sized container for broth and a square fold over container for the veggies/meat. I had to provide my own bowl. In other to go pho experiences, the veggies/meat came in a bowl with lid and the broth in the same quart container. I’ll definitely be back to Pho Luc Lac the soup is delicious."

"Spectra Coffee came highly recommended by a friend, taking over the spot that was once a Starbucks. While my hot latte was enjoyable, I didn't quite grasp the excitement, as the coffee bean quality seemed similar to other high quality coffee brands – it's definitely a different league than Starbucks.My friend raved about their flavored lattes, which I might explore next time, though I aimed to savor the natural coffee quality before delving into any sweet flavors that mask the true richness.The pandan waffle that my friend ordered was tasty, but it didn't astound me, given its availability in several great Vietnamese bakeries around SJ.Also, the limited seating indoors could be attributed to the bustling Saturday afternoon crowd. We sat outside in the wind. I'm inclined to revisit Spectra, but it might not become an outing for me. Service was quite slow that day but they had a line; I’ll make a point to visit on a weekday to see if things improve slightly.Solid 4.5 stars"

Cafe mocha not like a hot chocolate like most coffee shops do, a true coffee based mocha where the mocha flavoring doesn't overpower the coffee! "When my order was ready it was put in a plastic bag with no napkins and no soy sauce when I got two sushi rolls. Do people not use soy sauce when they eat sushi? No napkins? I gave the plastic bag back to them as I was intending to eat there in the food court and had to ask for soy sauce."

"my bank was monica and she was slow as molassess! I stood in charge for 10 minutes before she was even finished, ONE order for ONE type, who only got suppe and a sandwich when we finally got up after a different cash we realized monica didn't even know what she did. I tried to use my member card, and she always asked if it was credit or debit when it was my POINTS card, so they know what names they call when they call my order, and then when I float my card, she said, rejected because she didn't do something right. because my card worked well the second time. it can move just a little bit faster when it comes to dinge. I'm a cashier myself, and it's absolutely unacceptable to enter my ankles in the computer because I can't even use m finger because my fake nails are too long. their 5 inches nails could have been the problem, could not even tap. Never come back. or unless miss monica gets a real cash training. she didn't smile, she didn't look at me, she was upset because the customer lasted too long before me."

"Usually I love this place for lunch the food is usually really good. And lunch time menu you get fantastic price. I went last week and it was the worst taste, bones were in my rice and sweet acid pork. It tastes pretty bad I couldn't eat it and the portion size was so much smaller. Everyone has allowed days, so I give them a 4 rating. I hope this change was just a free day."
