"Going to Savas early as a child, and then it would eat every Saturday night as a teenager before going to the autopalast. I live in Plymouth, but every time in a while, when I visit Somerset, I'll stick to Savas for pizza. Great mushroom pizza!!! monetary policy is a little inconvenient, but the food makes it!"

"This restaurant was recommended to me as an option for my Grandma's 90th birthday lunch as she had liked it in the past. I thought a traditional meal would be a good way for our family to bond and reminisce on a rare occasion where we could all to be together. The setting and atmosphere were fine, the service was adequate. The food was exceptionally terrible. The fried chicken was extremely over cooked, with practically no meat, with a breading that was not tasty at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy were thin and flavorless. The stuffing was a gooey mass with mediocre seasoning. The green beans were about what you'd expect from a can. I can't stress enough how devoid of redeeming qualities this meal was. As it was a birthday we were initially reluctant to be critical of the food, but as more of us began to voice our disappointment, the fact that we were all in complete agreement on the barely edible state of the meal allowed us to find some humor in the moment while we commiserated. I can't explain how the other reviews I see here are positive. Perhaps the restaurant happened to have had a 3rd grader standing in for the chef on the morning we arrived. I would have appreciated it if the staff had asked if we enjoyed the meal, but they did not."

"They are okay, nothing to be wowed at. Pizza was burned at the bottom pretty dark/black which affected the taste. Surprised they still gave it to us. The other times we went it was alright. I’m grateful for the food close by us but again it was definitely not 10/10. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"The overall dining experience was good at this restaurant, with only a few minor inconveniences. The ambiance was great, with the option to sit outside and enjoy views of the bay. It should be noted that gratuity is included in the meal. The staff was a bit slow, and we were charged $2.50 for chopped walnuts that are typically complimentary. I understand the staff may be short-staffed. The butter was a bit salty, but overall it was a good visit."

"First time coming to this Stewart’s after driving past it numerous times. We ordered for takeout and ate upon arriving home. Ordering was simple and the food was brought out to us while we waited outside. There’s ample bench seating for use on a nice day.We got the California burgers with fries and onion rings. The burgers were super tasty, cooked well, and you could tell they were prepared with care. They looked so nice they could’ve been featured on a commercial. The fries were so good and were another highlight. The onion rings were breaded super well and you get a lot for your order. We also got a milkshake (not pictured here) which was just alright. But I’m interested in trying one again to see if it was just a fluke.Definitely coming back here soon.Parking: Lots of parking spots."

"We stayed in Somerset for the night. Pine Grill’s home cooked meals was exactly what our family needed after a week at the beach and eating in the go. Our 11 year old son loved the meatloaf and my Husband said the beef stroganoff was delicious. I had the blackened chicken wrap, which was amazing and our daughter loved her chicken nuggets!! The staff was super kind and very accommodating to our many requests! We can’t wait to return for another meal!!"

"Food was good. The service was. Excell3nt. Our server brought refills without being asked.. Parking is limited. I had the bison burger, which came with fries. I couldn't eat all the fries and ended up taking the burger off the bun to eat it. I had dental surgery, and opening my mouth wide to eat all that bun was too difficult."

"So the food was pretty good, but the service was not great, we were seated; our drink order was taken by the guy who seated us, so we figured he was our waiter. When he returned he took our order, the food came out rather fast but it was by anothergentleman. While our waiter sat at the bar watching a hockey game. He never returned to check on us, or even to bring our bill,I could see the kitchen which the floor looked nasty ????. We had to ask the guy who brought our food out for condiments, he wasfriendly, I think he was the bartender. Then for about 10 minutes there was no staff around. They came back and sat at the barand played on their phones we had to ask for our check as we had finished eating for a while. We didn't know. Who was going toget the tip so we made sure to give it to the bartender who helped us. Not sure if this is a regular thing here but I don't knowif I would return. I will have to try out the fall river location. Other than the subpar service the food was great and came outhot and fast."

"I do like that they deliver or pico up with debit card. But lately...they're make ng it so that I'd rather pick up else where. Not consistent nor giving what you asked for. Calamari!? Forget it. I didn't dare even give it to my dog. I didn't want her to javemidnight diarrhea. Unfortunately a decline from what was what. Sucks, decent customer service but not matching delivered goods. Sorry, had hoped different. Even a basic Italian grinder was bad this time. Each item always spotty. Just sucks no consistenty. I might have ordered even more clearly??????. I'll just make it at home. Don't touch calamari!"

"It's fantastic. People are sitting here all day. Service is amazing, coffeee is best in town so well there was a starbucks here, but it went out when business bc of Baxter's. Three locations are amazing."
"The first time there and I can tell you that the pizza is delicious!! My friend and I enjoyed our pizza that she said she would even stop for pizza, and she lives in Johnstown! It was a perfect balance of everything. The sauce for the cheese ratio was perfect. I couldn't have been better. Thank you, ladies, it was very good and I will be back! Merry Christmas"

"It wasn't bad. The Hibachi Steak had a good taste. Grilled vegetables were nice. Frieder Reis was good. The sushi rolls I got were the spicy California roll and the spicy snow cabs to go. They were a bit on the little side, but they were at least tasteful. Going the boxes were really nice. It looked great in the bag. Lol. The kids chicken and rice were good. The chicken in it had a good amount of black pepper if your child does not like a lot of spices I would suggest to ask for light pepper."

"They would not think a small town like this would have a big starbucks — but on the contrary. Since Covid, all our normal Starbucks sites have lost it completely — irregular hours, heavy personnel problems, product inaccessibility, etc. But this place was another story. (We stopped by to visit family for Thanksgiving. Hot drinks, well processed latte etc. — It was so long since I had forgotten what we lost. DEFINITELY is worth lifting the turnpike for a visit!! (They also have some veteran employees who have been here for at least 10 years, which is so refreshing to see especially in this day and age"

"Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to Constantino 's pizza parlour on the other side. Yes. The place is in the middle of the Sommerset countryside boonies on Loop 1604 south, but it is worth the drive from San Antonio. They still have the same bountiful buffet of green salad, soft crust pizza and spicey wings for their Wednesday and Saturday lunch buffets. One would expect to see styro plates full of chicken drummie bone piles, but the friendly and attentive staff circumnavigates the tables with frequency to collect the bare bones and errant crusts that remain though you will want to eat the crust too. Order your favorite pizza for the buffet and it will be ready in minutes. We were able to get 4 slices from the all the meats we ordered before other diners discovered it and it quickly disappeared. We simply ordered another one and it was ready again suprisingly fast. The chicken wings are addictive, and the pizza toppings are plentiful with flavorful cheese and sauce which achieve a balanced proportion. The only reason I can see for someone not liking the pies here is that the crust is more of a hand tossed, soft as bread, medium thickness. Those who like thin crust and or cracker like crispiness or crunch to their pizza should probably seek their dinner elsewhere. For these folks, I would offer a word that expanding your pizza repertoire to include all the wonderful and varied pies that range from thin and crispy New York style to thick as a brick Chicago deep dish will not only provide you with terific new taste sensations , but will also make you dinner companions a lot happier not to hear you b , e r r r, complain! For those that will not be reconciled, more 's the pity."

"The fish sandwich was delicious and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that we wait 35 minutes to get our food, but others then that it was great."

"The food was just plain not good. Fish was greasy, fries burnt even sweet potato fries were black. It really was awful. They act like we didn't notice the dark brown fish and it was soft and squishy. Malt vinegar came with no pour shaker and as a result had a plate full of vinegar, and she told me the bottle came like that. A young girl and I had to tell her that I have the exact item in my fridge and no it does not come like that. Like I am not intelligent enough to know that. It's not ketchup. All in all, it was a waste of good money. Makes me not want to eat out anymore for a while. The food in the food court at the mall was much better. Sorry guys didn't want to but I had to go there. Oh the calamari was over cooked and burnt aftertaste. We would not dare send the food"

"Each restaurant is largely successful due to its staff and attitude. At Davidson Avenue, Somerset, NJ-Shop, I want to compile server Daniel Salazar and Jessie Socha. During the repetition visits, together with their excellent manager Josh, they have always treated my family with the greatest in courtesy, professionalism, respect and a genuine desire to please. It is obvious that these employees understand and are passionate about the food industry and the customers they serve. They have always tried to make every visit special and treat customers how they want to treat themselves."
