"It seemed like such a great meal opportunity. It turned into a disaster, from the manager ghosting us, to the server Levi claiming the menu showed pork as part of the title which it never did. In fact, nowhere is it noted in the title of any dish that lists Colorado Style Green Chili. The dish I ordered which was desert taco. I added grilled chicken and avocado slices. I had them remove the lettuce and tomato and put it on the side. The dish arrived it looked great, enough to share. However besides the chicken there was pork. And here is where it all went wrong. Levi was surprised that I didn't know Colorado Style Green Chili included pork. Incredulous would be more specific. I said to him, I bet 95% of the population has no idea. Nowhere does it mention pork. Levi turned over the menu to show a bowl dish which includes pork. However it never says that in the title and the way it is written implies that the braised pork is part of the dish just as the tomatoes are. Getting home I looked at old menus from the Copper and saw that at one time they listed their title as Colorado Green Chili Pork or with Pork. The menu I saw said nothing of the sort. What they should have done is put some text up on the top explaining what Colorado Style is. I grew up in a border town. Learned Spanish before English. And now spend a quarter of my time living in Mexico. And I had no idea what Colorado Style was. Regardless, Levi said he would get the manager. Time passed. Finally we said forget it, give us the check. Levi noted to us, that the manager must have forgotten. Our reward for this mayhem of bad service? We paid the $28 or so. I will add they offered I could order something else as though I would have no problem paying for another dish. On the plus prior to him being adamant that Pork was highly visible, pleasant. Once he went adamant, that menu came out quick. Faster then him refilling our drinks."

"Update 9/24/23: We 've been back a couple of times this month and tried the pastries we love the lemon muffin, the poppy seed muffin and the cheese danish so far. The big chocolate chip cookies are delicious as well. We tried the turkey melt 2 more times and found out it apparently comes with lettuce, tomato and onion which was not on it the first time, but I prefer it without those veggies so have learned to ask for it without them. The philly was messy but good. The chorizo and egg burrito was flavorful and so good. The biscuits and gravy platter had good flavor but could have used a little more gravy. Tried another frappe mocha salted caramel custom mix and it was not strong on the flavors but it was creamy, sweet and tasty. The staff for the most part have been very friendly only once when my husband went alone did he say the lady that helped, who he only saw that time, seemed to be in a bad mood. We get it they 're people, it happens. So far the majority of our experiences have been good and we love this new spot to stop by when we go to or thru Sonoita! OG Review Sept 2023: Stopped in today for the first time, with my husband. The name is perfect it 's a cute little corner building and a nice place to get a scoop... And some food! We initially ordered the BLT, a Turkey Melt and a root beer float to split. We sat on the patio where there were 6 stone circle tables with benches decorated with succulents in colorful buckets. The weather was perfect for us to sit outside and despite a few unavoidable flies it was pleasant. The sandwiches were both toasted to perfection. My husband said they couldn 't have made the BLT any better and that the ingredients were all fresh and the presentation was clean. I enjoyed the turkey melt it was cheesy and warm and delicious. Very comforting and filling. Both sandwiches came with a bag of chips and a little cup of potato salad. The potato salad was tangy and yummy without being too strong on the vinegar, as some can be. Everything tasted fresh. The ice cream is Blue Bell and the root beer was Barqs so it wasn 't fancy but it was good and familiar. (That 's my favorite root beer so I was happy). Afterwards we decided to order a frap for the road. I got the s 'mores frap and my husband got a scoop of chocolate peanut butter overload in a cup. The scoop was good with lots of peanut butter cups in it. The frap wasn 't strong on the coffee but was smooth, sweet and creamy. The staff were friendly every step of the way and seemed to enjoy being there. The prices are reasonable, especially for the area. We will definitely be back the next time we 're in town. Parking: There are only a couple of spots right in front of the building but there is room to the right in the dirt lot as well. The lot is big enough for more spots but if there are lines they 've long since faded away. It seems like most people take their orders to go so it shouldn 't be too tricky most days. Kid-friendliness: Many options that kids would love and a decent size patio area if you choose to dine-in ."

"I brought my family here after visiting one of the local vineyards. It began alright, as the young man who greeted us was amiable. We were promptly seated near a window. The young man brought us waters to begin. We then waited upwards of 10 minutes to be waited upon. I was literally getting up to go ask for the owner/manager when our rude and unaccommodating waitress came by. She asked, “You all ready?”. That was her greeting. I said, “Yes, we’ve been ready for a while” to which she replied, “Well, I had to get salads.” Oh? You had to get salads for over 10 minutes!? Oh my, those must have been some salads, huh? Sheesh. Then, she proceeded to make what would have been an alright experience horrible. She spilled “ranch dressing” (which was so watered down that you could no longer tell it was ranch) all over my niece’s food when she brought it over. She said, “Sorry I spilled ranch on that.” But never offered to make it right. My niece doesn’t like ranch dressing on anything, so that was another demerit. Finally, the food was only slightly better than awful. The BBQ sandwich was dry and had very little BBQ sauce in it. Their “french fries” were deep fried potato wedges, which would have been okay, except that they use rotten potatoes to make them, as evidenced by the numerous (and by numerous, I mean upwards of 50% of my fries had them) black spots in the potatoes. My niece’s chicken nuggets were burnt and tasted horrible. At first I thought she was being picky until I tried one. Atrocious. This is all really unfortunate, as my wife and I stopped by this restaurant nearly ten years ago before we were married, and we thought it was good. It has obviously taken a turn for the worse…"
