"I booked a reservation for 15 ppl one week in advance. Turns out whoever I spoke with didn’t even put my reservation in… I found this out 1.5hr prior to my ‘reservation time’ .. I had guests traveling coming from far. Had I not call to update the number of guests, I would have never known. Disappointed as I’ve been a long time customer since their previous location. My advice is either book your big party elsewhere or make sure you speak with a manager to book your party. (Did speak with a manager there, I believe her name was Anna, she was sweet)"
