"We was there after 10pm and the line was still long, so we had a really high expectation. Plus I'm a Japanese food chef myself, so I was looking forward to having this meal. I'll start with the good parts, the chicken udon and the unagi bowl we're pretty good, the soup was rich in flavor and the eel sauce was not too sweet. The gyoza seems like to be their signature, and it was decent I'd have to admit that. However, the vinegar rice didn't have enough vinegar in it. The softness was good, but I'm not sure if they use the wooden container to absorb the steam. On the other hand, the fish had too many tendons, which affects the texture. The yakitori was good, the taste and smell of charcoal really blended into the meat, would definitely recommend! Overall I would give it a 3.5 star."
