The food was delicious there was something for everyone. Even though they were busy, our service was top notch we heard other tables saying the same."

"This is the best of Indian restaurants in the area. My husband is from India so he is special about his dishes, but they will make them custom, the Dahl is very good as the Aloo. Make sure no ghee to make the dishes vegan. I give this a good Raring and they have added dozens of vegan menu items and they are now tagged with a whole vegan menu. You have a good staff that is friendly and remembers you. The hours are also a little uncomfortable, but they are fast and accommodating. In addition, the portion sizes are very large and simply divided as a family. Updated by previous rating on 2022-06-12"

"I really enjoyed both my food and my juice but the girls behind the counter made me feel very uncomfortable. I guess the place is mostly mobile orders because after I put my order in I sat down to wait which I thought was normal but they started loudly talking about how ?when customers come in and wait it?s like? why don?t you just do it yourself???. I was the only person there so it was about me and my order. It?s a shame because it was so cute and I was excited to find a good juice place by work but the mean girls behind the counter spoiled it."

"Dropped a friend off for graduation ceremony at Mass Mutual and wanted breakfast. First two places coming down this street were closed on Saturday. Nosh doesn 't open until 9am and it was about 15 minutes early. Proprietor was bringing chairs out to this beautiful pedestrian area. Asked if she was open and she said I guess I can be. I always find it exceptional when businesses do this. Flavors on all their menu items looked amazing and in reality, they did not disappoint! I got the mango shredded pork breakfast bowl. Husband got the maple breakfast sandwich and we both got coffee. Perfect! I don 't come to Springfield often, but if I 'm at this venue again, I 'll definitely come here again."

"Eating looks good! Hopefully it tastes good. I'll update the review later. Update, from five stars to 2 stars. Why? If I finally tried, I have to say very well. Pricewise price for a little food. I mean, I have chosen the choice of 4 proteins, was the maximum protein you can choose. I think I'll get a good portion plus the extra stuff like rice, vegetables, fruit etc. My food came at almost $20 with tax. And what really upset me was that they stuffed everything in a tiny clear bowl? But why? The bowl looks as if only 1-2 protein could absorb maximum! It was too packed that I can even get a good look at what I have in my bowl! Sloppy and inconspicuous! It ruined me for the first time. I bought it from the location near WNEC. I'd never try poke again. If you do, stick with 1-2 protein because the additional money you pay for 3 or 4 protein, ain?t it worth. You still get a small container with all the stuff that just stuffed all together. Thumb down!!!??"

"I don’t really give out reviews but this ice cream shop just overpassed my expectations. It was my first visit, not even seconds after pulling up, somebody was already heading towards my car to take my order, the service was amazing! To top it off, my funnel cake was SO GOOD. I forgot to take a photo of it because I was so busy eating it I nearly remembered half way through I didn’t have a photo. You will not regret coming here fr, the prices are reasonable too. the taste is immaculate."

"We normally love this place, it is great for a party of 2-4 , however anything more and the service is terrible and so is the food. We made a reservation in advance for a party of 16. It took 3 hours to get our food and when they brought it out they brought it out in pieces. Some of our party got only their entree, some of our party only got their sides and then some received nothing, then 15 20 min later... some of us received the other part of our dinner , while some in our party were still missing sides and one never got anything. I don't mind waiting but when we saw other parties come and go, then more come and go, we felt that our party was just being over looked. The food was not even hot , just barely warm, ... This was just a bad experience. When we asked to speak with a manager , he had more of the bouncer type mentality, he was not apologetic, we we not even asking for a refund or anything, we just wanted to express our unhappiness with the service and quality of the meal, and he was very intrusive, he was standing over us as to intimidate us verses truly caring about our experience. We usually go every year, and we have had poor service before but not like this, the service was so bad this time We are finally done with this place!!!!!"

"The food was delicious and service top-notch! Our waiter was was so genuine and incredibly friendly even though it was just before the lunch close time. He never made us feel rushed and had a great conversation with us about the restaurant which we were visiting for the first time as we stopped in Springfield on our route to Oshkosh. I'd stop again...even though a bit out of our way...well worth it!"

"I know this is a bad evaluation, and I'm sorry. I ate here twice. but that was waiting for much too long both times, and eating is not worth waiting. pfeffer huhn (this is only black pfeffer) is not good. iced tee from Chinese restaurants is usually the best, but you are like water, and it is brewed by a machine, not in the kitchen. jumpfield has too many good Chinese options to go back here unfortunately."

"Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice. She was very fast coming over and serving the requested drink. The eggs, sausage, and bacon could have been better. The bacon was nice and crisp but left a grease-filled oily after taste, similar to the time I purchased breakfast sausage out of a box. The decor was OK, the cook was friendly, he came out to bring us the rest of our order. Like it said it's a mixed review. Food, 2.8 services 3"

"Came here on Mother's Day morning 2023. My wife and I wanted some Dominican breakfast and we came here after seeing good reviews and photos. The staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate special requests regarding juices that they did not have posted and changing menu items for kids. Everything they made was fresh and we did have to wait a little but as long as it tasted good we did not mind. The food came out, I had ordered a omelette with cheese, onions, and peppers and fries for the kids, my wife ordered mangú with tres golpes (mashed plantains with butter, red onions, fried salami, fried egg, avocado, and fried cheese), my daughters order pancakes with bacon, and my little one wanted rice. We all liked the food! My eggs were tasty and satisfying, my wife ate the whole thing (that means she liked it), my daughters did not like the look of the pancakes, however, when they tried them, they ate all the pancakes and bacon. My little one enjoyed the rice. We also ordered morir soñando (orange juice, condensed milk, and milk) and 1 parcha con leche (passion fruit with milk). We also enjoyed the music. They played some Christian music then some old school latin ballads. I would definitely come back is near by and highly recommend!"

"This place is amazing! the customer service is nothing but exceptional. We always visit as a family and as a couple because we get treated as family, I cannot say anything but great things about all the employees here. Elmer is amazing, always so attentive as everyone else . We will keep coming back, as this is our home away from home place. "This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. This time we were there for breakfast with the whole family of 9 including 3 generations and it was super special! "We ordered 6 meals for pickup a little over an hour before they closed last night. 3 meals were missing entirely and we were missing 2 sides on the meals we did receive. I called immediately to let them know what was missing and was told to come back and they would give us the rest of the food we paid for. I still had 3 guests waiting to eat so we immediately drove back over. When we got there expecting the rest of our order (as told on the phone) we were told they had changed their minds because they had already turned off the grill for the night. They were now going to refund the total cost of our order instead. I wanted the food more than the refund as our guests were waiting to eat. The 1st amount refunded was just for the missing food instead of the whole order like they had said. They even kept the whole tip including the based on the food they never provided. I made another call and it looks like I will now get a full refund. My guests (who had never eaten there before) still haven't and I bet they never will. They were not impressed. We also will never order from here again. The food is pretty good if you can get it, but it is not so special as to put up with such poor service."

"I picked up two lunch specials on my way from Springfield to DC earlier today and thoroughly enjoyed my meal from 9 Pad Thai. I ordered the regular Pad Thai with chicken (and, apparently, pork) as well as the Panang Curry with chicken and rice. Both came with spring rolls and had enough in the portion to leave leftovers of each plate. I ordered online which was an easy process and the order was ready for pickup within 15 minutes.The Pad Thai was among the best Pad Thai's I've had in the DMV/DC area; the sauce was tangy and sweet, the onions were perfectly cooked, and there were enough onions/veggies to provide an excellent contrast to the egg, pork, and chicken. I didn't know that the dish would include barbecue pork so if you don't eat pork, make sure to specify that this should be omitted. This dish was easily a 5/5 and a definite highlight of the meal.The Panang Curry was not as good as the Pad Thai and I'd rate it a 4/5. If I had ordered more than the mild spice level, I think the dish would have had a better overall flavor profile. My main criticism was just that the flavor wasn't very strong. Also, there were two bell peppers for garnish when I believe there should have been more than that. Everything was cooked well though and there was quite a lot of chicken. I definitely plan to order from here again next time I'm in the area!"
