"If I could give this place a minus 5 I would! This place should be closed. I have never had worse customer service anywhere! After placing an order on the KFC website and getting charged and confirmed in an email, I went to pick up the order.My order was placed and confirmed by a KFC email an hour earlier! When I arrived and parked at the designated pickup parkingspot and started to go inside, I was told by a woman sitting outside on the curb smoking that she was the manager (hard tobelieve that was true), and that she had not received the order and accused me of ordering at a different location after blamingcorporate KFC and her being only one of 2 people working. When I asked her what she was doing sitting on the curb if that wastrue, she sarcastically said, ?oh, I?ve been out here all day.? I was directed to go through the drive-in for a refund. Thefact that it is a Sunday night at 5:45 p.m. and I was the only customer there says it all! When I went to the drive through toget my refund, she had gone inside, apparently found the order she accused me of not making (as I had never told her what myorder was) she stood with the window closed, ignoring me while filling the order I had in fact placed, and then opened thewindow to throw the bag at me! She had the nerve to tell me I needed to respect her. Sorry, I don?t feel the need to respectlying, rude people! Fire her if she is actually the manager. I couldn?t even eat the cold food when I got home. She probablyspit in it! I deserve a complete refund and an apology."
