"A heavy storm with wind gusts well over 100 km/h hit around 3am tonight. On waking up I looked up the weather warnings online, which showed severe risk of property damage for this area. My room is under the roof and the creaking sounds coming from the roof and the rattling of the roof tiles were so loud and frightening that I decided to go downstairs where I sat on the stairs. When the owner came downstairs to secure stuff outside the building, he didn 't greet me and lauhged at me for being there instead of staying at my room. I asked whether I could sit out the storm in the warm restaurant rooms, for which I got a laugh and a brief 'no ' before he stepped outside. I ended up finding a chair on the first floor in front of the owner 's room (he walked by me on his way back to bed). The floor is barely heated and drafty. It got cold after a while. On his way back he again laughed and said 'oh so you found a place to sit '. I said this was not a funny situation at all for me to which he replied that the roof sounded even worse on the opposite side of where my room was!! He then disappeared in his room. Am sitting here (cold) writing this at 6am and waiting for the attached restaurant to open its doors. I let the readers draw their own conclusions regarding the understanding of customer care at this lost place. I travel a lot and this is my worst hotel experience so far. The young lady serving us dinner last night at the restaurant was very friendly though."
