"Gaetano's is the best Italian restaurant in the South Bay. The food is always excellent. The specials are interesting and delicious. The flavor is so intense you find yourself eating too fast because you want to fill your mouth with the fantastic taste. The squash ravioli is out of this world. The pear and gorgonzola salad is a must. The patio setting outside is quiet, clean, and delightful."

"Fantastic place. The calamari is perfectly battered and tender, and the hint of wine in the mussels really make the appetizer memorable; we had to ask for more bread just for that sauce. Handmade pastas are so delicious. We had lasagna, the bolognese and the strozzapreti. They are flavorful, rich and comforting and you can’t stop smiling as you eat them. All the dishes are prepared with great detail. We also had the pana cotta, tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. The wait staff are friendly and professional. They would be a top contender if there is such a competition. I have no idea why this place doesn’t have a Michelin star; it should."

"Went to the store to purchase fresh coffee beans. Most of the stock was from two or three weeks ago. They do get a fresh shipment every Wednesday, but the barista would not make the effort to locate the new produce. They preferred to refund me my money instead of opening up a fresh bag since it would ruin the experience for other customers. Said I should coordinate with the manager so I can get fresh coffee. Alfred Peet's would be very disappointed with this response, the refund and a customer having to leave without the fresh coffee they are suppose to be selling. Barista needs to be trained to help customers find the freshes coffee and have the best experience. Manager needs to learn how to order and reduce the coffee stock. The over ordering has coffee that is three weeks old on the floor."

"Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together"

"One of only two places in Southern California i known of that still serve a special recipe MARINATED STEAK AND EGGS with hash browns. They are expensive but so worth it. Everything in Sunny Southern California is EXPENSIVE right now. Thank you Governor! But the Marinated Steak and eggs are out of this world. Stop by and see Jean. "Chicken Maison is a staple for us. It's a great place to have a lunch special but recently, I came down with a cold. As I couldn't cook myself a chicken soup, as I was coughing so much and my congestion was nonstop, I recalled that Chicken Maison has an amazing chicken soup. Their grandma's chicken soup recipe was exactly what my body needed to fight off this cold. It's savory and brings warmth to those of us who are sick."

"when this place opened, I was there several times in the week; it is 10 minutes from my house and office. eating was consistent and tasty if not groundbreaking. in recent years, it seems that this place has become a misunderstood (or even *unmanaged red-headed stepchild of the chain.) Other places are clearly better in everything – service, food quality, presentation. I had to complain either to the manager or to the company about one in all three; it would be more, but I'm just exhausted and I want to eat mine. once a worker with an actiw bleeding wound served us on his hand eating. more often, eating is either incorrectly prepared or served cold. the employees are barely functional and the kitchen personnel are visible on the board when the dings are sent back. I had to move my business dinner elsewhere because the consistently bad service and quality. I still punish myself by eating here all couples, because it is the only 100% vegan option in the opposite."

"Love this place. Been coming here for years. If you're into seafood I recommend the Saltado De Mariscos. If not, the Saltado De Pollo. Both are great, specially with their Aji sauce. To me, loving spicy food, it just makes it that much better and not really spicy. They also have fresh rotisserie chicken. Quite a few great choices of food to choose from for all taste."

"This is a chain restaurant and one of many Mexican restaurants in Torrance. The ambience is way Mexican, including piped in music. The place is clean and seats are comfortable. The service was very good, attentive and cheerful servers. The restaurant is in a mall like setting with plentiful parking, which is important to me. I hadn't eaten there for 4 years and I'm pleased to say there are vast improvements in the facility, service and food The food is a solid B, nothing special but good. The chips were large, not the normal size so you have to break them to dip into the salsa, which was an excellent blend of flavor and heat. . The tacos were robust with stringy beef and ground beef, the burritos were good, the asada burrito was a fav of the group. We had a party of 8 so I lost track of who ordered what as we were at 2 adjacent tables. I know that we all had leftovers. Congrats to El Burrito Jr for the improved everything."

"As always, a nice experience at this Panera outlet as well. I like the way they maintain the taste throughout their chains! This location has a big seating capacity and order was served quickly. You can either order personally wiating in the line, online or through a kiosk. This outlet has clean restrooms. Free parking is available on the premises. Clean utensils and helpful staff. Would surely recommend."
