"I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. Some of the fries were hard and stale, and the drink had no taste, as if it had been sitting for a while. Additionally, there were no napkins or condiments as requested. It felt like my order was rushed out the door. Although this location is the closest to me and I usually love their food, I think I will stop ordering from here. Overall, a pretty bad experience."
