"It is a great new American restaurant offering a variety of gourmet food, from sushi, cold fish, burger and brunch, chicken and ribs. The environment looks modern and comfortable. It is perfect for meals within the family or friends or casual business dinners. The waiter who served us was great. It is very bright, light and friendly that made us very happy about the meal. Seafood Plate: 6 oysters (half shell), 6 jumbo shrimps, 2 half cut lobster tails, a small bowl tuna salad, a crispy shrimp sushi roll and 4 slices of mignonettes. The oysters, shrimps and lobster tails are not surprising, but good enough for me and the price. The tuna is pretty good, that is best in the plate. I didn't like the mignonette very much because it was a bit chew and lack of taste. Truffle fire: highly recommended. The special truffle taste made it very delicious! It is best welcomed on our table. Salad, mother's bowl with shrimps were made with a variety of fresh green, yams and cheese. I ate them all, even it wasn't my favorite when I was a meat lover. Earl's signature **** Mary: not recommended. I like **** Mary for its rich tomato juice flavor mixed with celery taste with a bit salty taste. But what I had was a bit too bitter that killed all the other flowers. The chocolate cake with ice: if you are a sweet lover, you would love it. In general, it is a wonderful restaurant that is worth visiting again."
