"I really wanted to like this place. the look of the restaurant is great, there are small details such as propeller blades on the ceiling fans, and tasteful airplane wall and wall art that all follow the aircraft hanger thema. and the service was great that we were welcomed immediately, and our server was attentive and helpful. everyone we met was kind. but eating was not good. the menu had detailed information about the history of the airport and offers great nostalgia. but the menu about eating is quite economical. not much offered burger and sandwiches. for a caffe I would expect some suppening, breakfast items and coffee (which is on the menu, but the server said the coffee machine had been broken forever. my partner ordered the spitfire, the take-up of a patty fuzzburger, and I ordered the mile high club, her turkey club sandwich. it could have been good if it made our table hot, but that wasn't the case. I believe they have made the food right away, except the burger. fifteen minutes or so, after we have seen our server, our order in, eating came on the table hardly warm; the riders on both plates were dead cold and my toast had gone soggy, but the burger was hot. it was in order, but not good. the quality of the ingredients was there. I think if it was done with better timing, it would have been great. it was affordable, but not satisfying. they must fit the food with the level of the service and the look of the place and they will have a profitable restaurant. with a lack of good diners and caffes that serve standard American cuisine, I admit, I will probably try it again after some time."
