"Feel like I’ve been waiting forever for this place to open. Always love a Mediterranean Restaurant, so I’m glad to finally have one in the neighborhood.Ordered a variety of things. Pitas are great, big, tasty. They do a fantastic French fry. Only had their chicken from the vertical spit, it was good, but they could totally brown it a bit more. Crispy edges would take it up just a notch.Their garlic sauce is lovely. The red sauce was nice but had a taramasalata’ish after taste, which was surprising. I was expecting more of a tomato based sauce, that I’ve had in restaurants like this in other parts of the world. Still good, just not what I expected.Overall, first impressions – Pleased. Glad to have a restaurant like this close by, looking forward to eating there again and trying their lamb.I could eat their messy fries with garlic sauce for dinner every night. This much I know."

"we were both very impressed by our lunch, my friend ordered the steak sandwich with salat. a very generous portion salate was the steak damp beautifully grilled! my tofu quinoa bowl came with a satisfying amount of green salat, walnuts avocado! friendly lady server that has a new personal under her insight! we visited this yaletown restaurant!"

"Very clean and nice place! Has nice booths and tables even a lounge fireplace area. My first time there was yesterday and I loved it. I did the pick 2 and got the chicken Cobb salad and the spicy Thai chicken and they give you the option of bread,chips or an apple... they were so delicious! I love how their products are all organic/clean! Left full, and feeling good. I'll definatly be back!"

"So this meal was pretty amazing. Since we were visiting Vancouver, we had no idea it was restaurant week. So when we were earring this amazing tasting menu, we would never have guessed it was a restaurant week tasting menu. The food was so smart and brilliant. Too smart for some of the other guests, but that's a different story. Lol My favorite of the tasting menu was the Seafood Dashi. So rich and flavorful. I could've eaten bowls of it. I would even bath in it. SO GOOD!!!!! Ending the meal with the Yuzu Creme Brûlée was really smart. It was so light and sharp, it was almost like a palette cleanser. I didn't leave the meaL feeling reallY heavy. A restaurant that serves Korean, Japanese and French cuisine can go very wrong. Pidgin did it perfect to a T. They didn't try to mash the three cuisines together. They worked with the cooking traditions and carefully made a great progressive meal where the cuisines complimented each other."

"We were seated outdoors under umbrellas on a sunny afternoon. Note: long tables for groups of 4+ have large concrete bases, minimizing available leg room. Great views of the waterfront, harbour planes and ship lanes. Servers are friendly and attentive and can provide informed recommendations. Our servers never seemed hurried or rushed despite numerous reminders when booking of the 2-hour time limit. Our party of 7 enjoyed a relaxed happy hour with beverages and food orders delivered and consumed between our arrival at 3:15pm and our departure just after 5pm."

"recently went to the stable house for the first time since the covid on Saturday at 12 noon. we were thrilled to find the food as delightful as ever. Unfortunately, the waitress was the only one at this time was best surly. while we waited for our food, a few older women came in and asked for a table, just to say that they were too busy to sit someone else, although there were many tables empty. when they were asked if they could sit on the bar and wait, they were told firmly with no without further explanation. two more tables were turned away in the same way while we were watching. another waitress, pleasant and obviously familiar with the connection between courtesy and tipps, began a short time later and the first waitress immediately began to order them around in a very rude way. glad that food remained great, but this waitress, whose only speed was a jäger in her birkenstock, is simply bad for the business. very disapointing"

"This place is great! Super nice waitresses and quick service. I got a four egg omelette with sausage and cheese. It was delicious and very, very cheesey. I had a side of hashbrowns, and they were the best hashbrowns I've ever had in my life. They were crispy on the outside and amazingly moist on the inside. My boyfriend had the tuna melt, which was quickly devoured, so I can only assume it was good. Definitely will be returning."

"My husband and I, finally made it to DOSALAS. Beautiful space. Several areas of different dining tables, including outside, even I the winter it was well heated and an attractive space. We had Dosalas Margarita's. Each served in a full shaker. Lasted our whole meal, which was really nice for the price. Guacamole Trio, fun and delicious. Harvest Salad, well balanced, light and refreshing. Lots of little goodies in it. Sofrito Seafood Scampi, so good. Seafood tasted fresh. The vegetables were really tasty, grilled. A light sauce was poured on top, with a nice amount left on the side for baguette dipping. We wanted to try dessert, but as usual, just too full. In the best way though. We are both very impressed with this restaurant. We will definitely go again."

"This was our first time eating at your Restaurant and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice to see the meals being prepared and knowing that it was all from scratch. "we ordered the delivery. it said 15 minutes, then we got an email that said 55. not a big thing, but whatever. the kicker was for us - this place was recommended so we wanted to try. so we got approx. $100 sushi for the delivery. it was a sortiment of sushi, nitriri and roll. when my man came back to our hotel room and opened the bag, there were two packages soy sauce. there were literally twice as much washabi in the dishes as there was soy sauce. they can call us small, but it has ruined us all the meal and that was a 15 minute walk away from the hotel, we could not just “run back” and get more. super disappointed."

"I went in last night, this was my first time. I went with a friend who had recently discovered this place as well. We opted to sit in the bar to be able to watch the basketball game. From the moment we sat down everything about this experience got better and better as the evening progressed. We started with fondue, ordered dinner and finished up with the Apple strudel dessert. Each time a plate got put in front of us it was better and better. I was blown away with the quality of the food, the amazing service that Nick provided and everything about the entire experience. How have I not been here before? We will definitely be going back soon, and I will highly recommend to everybody I know! Thank you Gustav’s for a wonderful dining experience!"

"This Thai place is like a diamond in the hole in the wall! The food is exceptional quality and the customer service is energetic and surprisingly quick!The potstickers were very crispy golden and smokey seasoned inside. Fried rice was baller, and the chicken larb was so fresh. Thai Ice Coffee and Thai Ice Tea were both spot on and creamy.Not to mention it was LGBT friendly!
