"a whole vegan menu with a lot of options such as pizza, vegetable dishes, salads and pastas. We had the carrot dish as an appetizer that was excellent, came with a delicious sauce. for the main I had the “macaroni and broccoli” this was delicious with a few different vegan cheese and a lot of sweet. far away from boring. for dessert I had the avocado chocolate mousse that hit the place. the atmosphere in the restaurant was alive, with a dj and a bar. the waiter was as attentive as they would get in a high-end restaurant. great food and great experience. my fiancée eating meat also enjoyed being a lot of food."

"from the bay to go high, we decided to stop to dinner. internal and external seats are available. we've chosen each other free. blankets available when it cools. the personal was in order, not much interaction except order. eating was good, expensive for what we got (especially if they add a protein to a meal)."

"Good chicken sandwich. The meat was tender and not too greasy. Wafflefries are not over salted. Unsweetened tea is very good, not too bitter or overbrewed."

"Definitely a change from run of the mill restaurants. From the beginning, service and attention was complete. Starting with local wines and a very tasty appetizer of lightly spiced calamari. My wife and I like to eat in stages, as they do in Italy. We...followed this with a Ceasar Salad, made at our table, we enjoyed the entertainment side of this... We have tasted Ceasars from many different restaurants but this one definitely topped them all... We followed this with lamb made to our liking, very tasty and tender...and always a clear positive attention to our needs. We enjoyed coming to this new local venue at an older Hotel in Victoria B.C. Canada, The Hotel Rialto. We'll be back.."

"the meal was good, but I ordered heirloom tomatensalat and it came with regular tomatoes. ii ask it and the waitress agreed - they were not inherited tomaten, as these tomaten were not yet in season. they were served on the street in the...Primavera pizza restaurant. I didn't like to mislead the attempt."

"we are long-term fans of the imperial and although we do not have the budget to stay there, we have most of the morning there prematurely. the amazing breakfast buffet have gone in the new normal, but the a la carte is... worth the effort. everything is low processed and looks as it should look. we have the pancakes, the loaded porridge, the avocado and eggs on toast and the fruit peel tried. every dish felt as if we did the best for our bodies and in the most elegant environment you can imagine. good time and money worth. until tomorrow"

"The service was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait for the delicious spicy chicken patty and brownie. The woman working there was very friendly, although I didn't catch her name."

"this place was cemented in our list as favorite. a must see. the taste of the food and drinks was incredible. even to the curry kit! the personal was friendly and welcoming. while the prices are high, fit quality and portion. the atmosphere is so much more to earth, however, it cannot wait to visit again!"

"Absolutely love this place. I usually always get carry out as I'm on my way home. The curry, pad Thai, basil and beef never fail to impress. The portions are large and more than enough for two meals to be honest. The boba tea is excellent and refreshing after having a hot curry. If you do decide to dine in, the restaurant was just recently remodeled and it's beautiful inside, very clean, and the wait staff a quick and sweet."

"I had high hopes for my experience at this restaurant. The cozy cottage aesthetic reminded me of something out of the Cotswolds, and I was expecting a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, akin to being in an English garden. However, upon arrival, our reservation was overlooked and we felt unwelcome and ignored. The host seemed disorganized and understaffed, rushing us to a less desirable table. Our West Coast High Tea was underwhelming, with some dishes lacking seasoning. The server was pleasant, but the overall experience was disappointing. I would recommend opting for the pricier High Tea at The Fairmont for a more enjoyable and worthwhile experience."

"Really good Italian food. The lobster shrimp stuffed ravioli plate and the proteinuria pizza were remarkable. And our waitress was very good at handling all of our parents and softball team of 7 year old hyper girls."

"This restaurant in the Victoria area offers the best overall BBQ experience thanks to its great atmosphere and live music option. The BBQ itself is fantastic, with delicious homemade sides. The service is fast and friendly, making it a great option for families with kids. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with single-story access. They offer dine-in service for lunch, with an average price per person ranging from $20 to $30. The recommended dishes include the Bacon Wrapped Boudin, Brisket, Green Beans, and Baked Beans. There is plenty of free parking available at the restaurant."

"We had heard about this restaurant from our daughter. We got there for an early dinner, so we were the only customers there. The first thing we noticed is it's clean, and very hospitable. The decore makes for a more nostalgic feel. We get to the counter and the man explains how the boil bags are ordered. I had gotten a pound of crawfish, a pound of mussels 1/2 pound of shrimp, 2 small red potatoes and a half a corn on the cob. My husband had gotten the same except he got crab instead of mussels, and sausage. The man at the counter suggested the manager special for the sauce. It is a Cajun lemon pepper seasoning. You get to pick your spiciness, there is mild, medium and hot. My husband and I both chose medium. We also both got a soda. We paid $99, it sounds expensive, but well worth it. We will go about 1-2 times a month. They line the table with wax paper, so you can dump the bag out and eat. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I brought some home for my daughter. I warmed it up in a 320⁰ oven covered for 10 minutes. She loved it too. So we fed 3 people with all that we had. They also have outdoor dining if you prefer. There's a deep sink to wash your hands after you eat. You definitely get messy.Parking: There are plenty of spaces to park in."

"we stopped here for lunch, curry bowl/falafel and cilantro chipotle chicken tacos. we shared our courts because we both wanted to try. it was delicious, fresh and tasteful. service was good, fast and efficient. it was nice to be able to sit outside...Middle October (27 c) in summer as weather. Note: if they are really hungry, they get 3 small tacos as the main meal. like an appetizer really."

"the service was excellent. our server was a dedicated, knowledgeable young man with a good sense of humor. all three stars are for him. my son had the steak, my wife and daughter-in-law had the tagliatelle and I had the burger. steak good, tagliatelles cut, and the burger was absolutely terrible. at $32 for a burger I expected something extraordinary. Instead, the bunk could have been from a local food store, the salat was fresh and crisp, the sauce was thin and tasteless, the cheese was a very thin piece of white processed cheese (costco?, the meat paddy was thin, overboiled, dry and hard to chew, and on the lower bung lay 3 pausian small pieces of pickle. a catastrophe! my wife ordered coffee and said they don't serve a coffee. our server was gracious enough to take the cost of the burger out of the bill. Given the very limited menu and the high prices, one would expect the restaurant to do much better."

"My partner and I visited Visa 18 for a date night dinner. We were excited to try out Victorias highest dining experience. We were lucky to go on a beautiful evening the view was gorgeous. We loved looking out at the various buildings and areas, andtalking about memories in the various places. The food was also delicious. I had the vista burger with a gluten free bun, andmy partner had the silver striploin. Our server kindly asked if my partner wanted his food gluten free as well so we couldshare. Being celiac, I rarely encounter this, as it takes extra time and care to ensure food is allergy friendly. We shared thechocolate trio for dessert, which was almost too pretty to eat. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely goback. The food, drinks, views and service were phenomenal."

"The servers were doing their best although the host looked half asleep and totally uninterested. The food was unremarkable. Our server was surprised to hear we were local as they are used to whipping through cruise ship customers and tourists. Leave the place for a summer visit when you have a view and you’re treating guests who aren’t foodies!"
