"Food fantastic will never eat at Mooyuch again! I was concerned because the driver didnt follow my detailed delivery instructions asking that they deliver using the side door near the flowers and not the front door because no one uses it, and thats where he left it in below freezing weather??!? I thought for sure everything would be ice cold, but to my surprise everything including the delicous fries juicy burger were the perfect temperature for wolfing that thing down! No joke! So MOOYUCK can keep their ice cold fries bleeding burger that was so raw it was unhealthy to eat! And the worswas the owner who refused responsibility blaming it on Door Dash?! Who had nothing to do with the preparation of the burger?! Does this mean the 5 guys driver is responsible for opening every bag to make sure the food was cooked as ordered and when he notices a burger that may be undercooked; that he needs to request its cooked an additional 3 4 mins or until done?! Sounds like quality control to me?!? If this is wrong please give a shout out to the owner of the Guilford Mooyah blaming all quality issues on 3rd party drivers?! Not cool at all? Please explain but know that: IM A 5 GUYS GAL. FOR NOW!"
