"Where do we begin to describe our love of County Fare? As especially as we are, we have searched high and low throughout the Hudson Valley to host a venue for our Wedding Welcome (Herz) dinner. It goes without saying that we pick up the absolutely best place we could find in Wappingers Falls. Traveling from the city, we spent many weekends visiting our wedding venue, the Garrison. We could eat in many restaurants, but our favorite foods were always at County Fare. We were not only impressed by the food, but also by the service. For our welcome dinner we were looking for something that was covered and had a Gastro-Pub vibe, while still creative, stylish and inventive, and County Fare delivered in all areas and then some. Keely Sheehan could not have been more responsive and in-touch in the weeks that led to our event when we address all questions and concerns about the night. The staff created an ambience in which all our guests felt welcome and relaxed. All our guests could not stop pampering us at the Welcome Dinner. The Mac and the cheese were killers, the sliders were amazing, and the beer list rivals many great New York City beer halls. If we could move County Fare to NYC, we would. We are so grateful for the staff and team of County Fare that we have presented our wedding weekend just like we did. Do not look further if you are looking for an event room, a place to eat or a place to get a drink in this part of the city!"
