"What a letdown. I typically come here for take-out, where I place my order in person. However, during my last two visits, the food was barely warm. The bread was actually stale. I requested extra sauce because they usually don't provide enough for the pasta, but I only received a few ounces and had to pay extra for it. I also asked for more dressing on the salad, and that came with an additional charge too. I paid for extra meatballs, but they didn't include any sauce. It was such a disappointment. I recommend steering clear of this place."
