"the flyhof is located on a quiet side street and offers a traditional restaurant with excellent eating and service in an uncomplicated atmosphere. sat on a warm summer evening, I sat on the terrace with beautiful views of the walensee and the surrounding mountains. Thumbs-up for the efficient and professional service during dinner. the menu is proud of local products and suppliers. I tried the seasonal three-course menu that proved a very good choice. as a starter was the pupa salad with mozzarella tender and refreshing a perfect summer dish. as the main course was the beef (fried meat) excellent with homemade potato puree, the meat was very tender and came out as much more generous. as dessert I enjoyed a delicious griessbrei (art der semolina pudding). unsafe the bill reflects the (very) high structure of the Swiss. the dinner was admittly not to any budget, but the very good food and service are well worth this price."
