"Absolutely deplorable experience. Just before 9:30 pm this evening (Tuesday, April 2) I attempted to place a carry out call and was hung up on twice by the despicably rude female attendant who was handling the phones. To make matters more egregious, when I decided to drop in personally (I was in the vicinity already) I observed her and the male manager laughing uproariously about her decision to hang up on me needlessly. When I confronted the two of them, rather than admit to their fault or even explain away the misconduct with a lie, they instead chose to adopt a hostile stance and belligerently and caustically addressed me. This is absolutely unacceptable; no customer should be treated in such a cavalier fashion, certainly not one has patronized Uptown as long as I have and on as frequent a basis! Until swift consequences are handed down to the manager and his female phone attendant, I will not only be refraining from further supporting the business but will wage a full-fledged campaign to ensure all of my my many family, friends, associates, and clients likewise stop patronizing it!"
