"Been here twice. Delicious food and cool vibe, but it's a little hard to communicate if you don't speak or understand Spanish. My waitress never came back to see if I needed anything due to the fact that I don't speak Spanish which led me to believe she just didn't want to deal with me, so no tip was left unfortunately. Other than the service, I would still highly recommend it. The dishes are BIG too, so come hungry."

"The workers were very kind and attentive. The food was excellent. I went for my birthday even though it's not a full restaurant and they put tables together for my family and I to dine together. The food is always hot and fresh. The grill cook in the back is always seeming to be working hard. I really enjoy it here for being a fast dine restaurant."

"Typical small town style burger joint. I ordered their signature FatBoy burger in a combo with a peanut butter shake. 2 thin pattys with lettuce, tomatoes, onion. The ketchup on the burger was really sweet, too sweet for me. Not sure of it's home made, but it seemed like it. The fry sauce was also really sweet. I didn't care for it at all. The fries were the style with skin on. They were soggy and bland. I wanted more peanut butter in the shake. It was more like a vanilla shake with a hint of PB.The staff was friendly and professional.All of that said, I'm sure I'll be back someday to try other menu items, but I won't be running back."

"Came in with a group. Several order beer. The manager came out to scan our id's I definitely don't appear under 35 . I'm from Colorado and he couldn't get my ID to scan. So no beer unless I allowed him to take my ID to the back for a while. Um no thanks ID rather not have my identity stolen. Then my salmon was overcooked. Side salad was pretty good very good ranch dressing. And my glass of water was on point."

"The fried chicken at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. The buttery toast is also a highlight. Although the meal is mostly fried carbs, the wings and things plate comes with some celery for balance. I need to try the other wing sauces, but I really like the zaxbys sauce. Almost everything on the menu can be dipped in either the zaxbys sauce or ranch, but I personally prefer the zaxbys sauce."

"Every time I come to Utah, I eat at least once at the diner !! Always excellent food and service. This time when I was there my waitress (Jess) was the only one working at the time and she had a huge business party come in. She continued working hard serving ALL of the tables and didn’t once complain. In fact, I heard her compliment the kitchen staff on a good job seeing as how busy they were!! This was the best example of customer service I have EVER seen in a restaurant!"

"Got a To-Go order today. Got 2 for $25 yet they charged me almost $30. Idk. Took them almost an hour to get my order out. My food was stale and hard and the French fries were so soggy. Corn was old and mushy. It was disgusting I didn’t even wanna eat it. Ordered white queso with it and they gave me some nasty bean dip. So I called them saying I was dissatisfied and wanted a refund. They said I had to come back. So I drove 20 minutes back just to still get mistreated. Since I paid with gift card, they could not refund it back on my gift card and needed to issue another gift card. The manger claims she was out of gift cards or couldn’t find them. So she gave us Be Our Guest cards that we can use at chili’s that only equaled up till $20. And she took our food back. So basically she served me old gross food and still didn’t give me a full refund. Took them 30 minutes just to get half my money back and I didn’t wanna waste my time there anymore."

"decided to take my sister and her friends for some shakes. we ordered and had to repeat the order several times to get it right. we waited and waited, and waited more. as the journey through is one and out within 5 minutes. it was shakes. It's not that hard. 20 minutes later. it said, mykynsee (or something like this) brings out her order and so we waited. Nobody came out and we waited more. after almost 40 minutes. I'll push the button back and tell them I didn't get my shake. takes 3 minutes and they're coming out with the shakes. one of them had a hole right through the floor! very frustrated."

"FALSE ADVERTISING: Front of the building is a sign for 4 beef sandwiches for $10. Waited for more than 5 minutes at the drive threw kiosk before my order was taken. When i went to pay was told the 4 for $10 is only with coupon. No where on the sign doesit say that. "The restaurant does not have a sauce selection area and does not accept Google Pay. When I went to the drive-thru, the woman working there told me to come inside because my order was not ready. When I asked why I needed to come in, she rudely told me to stay in the drive-thru and they would bring the order out when it was ready. I was shocked by her attitude and behavior, especially coming from a manager named Julie. I expect professionalism when I spend my hard-earned money at a restaurant. My order was also delayed by 10 minutes, which felt like a punishment. I will never visit this Arby's again and will make sure to tell my friends about my experience. This was my second bad experience at this location, but this one was the worst."

"I ordered black sugar milk tea here and asked for no ice, but it was not milk tea. It was a smoothie-like drink.I thought I ordered it wrong, so I asked the staff again. they said It was indeed black sugar milk tea. I asked to make it again. But the redone is the same as the first time (like a smoothie), so their method is different from the traditional one, don't order it, it's super bad. And it tastes like there is no milk or tea, the taste is bitter, it is a mixture of powder ice.$7 for a cup of powder ice, a strange smoothie, too expensive and not worth it at all.It is recommended to go to tiger sugar, where it costs $5 a cup and uses fresh milk, which tastes much better."

"Stopped in for dinner, seated quickly. I liked the old fashion style of the place. A younger server brought me a drink not long after I was seated. While looking over the menu an older server came over obviously in a bad mood stating she must be the only one working there that could take orders. At that point, I had not felt like I had been waiting to order for too long. While I waited for my food I watched as the same server went around complaining to every table which didn’t really leave the younger server anything to do as she seemed to be just taking all of the tables. The food was good but hopefully, the other server found a better place to work away from that other lady."

"Started out with the Thi iced tea and was amazing. Topped with whip cream. A giant bowl of soup awaiting me. Incredible flavor! A touch of sweet with the tropical influence of pinapple and a coastal influence with coconut and shrimp. A taste like nothing i had before. Homemade hot sauce on table is fantastic! Great service.
