"We usually dine at this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food and service. While the wait times can be long, the food is always fresh. However, I was disappointed with the service during our last visit. My husband had to pick up our dinner in the drive-thru because he waited for hours on the street. He ordered a fish sandwich which turned out to be two small pieces of fish. It was not the largest portion, but it was still edible. I was also unhappy with my drink as I was served a weak coffee instead of the sweet tea I had ordered. I hope this was just a mix-up and not intentional, as it was quite unpleasant. I understand that it was a busy day, but such mistakes should be avoided."
