"When booking the photos we looked good, but on arrival we were not so sure. The location is somewhat doubtful and from the street the place did not look like much. We have something comprehensible, but it has proved to be great! You get the key with a code in the key box. It looks like a motel, with rooms on two levels, each door opens on the terrace/garden. There is no central hall with adjacent corridors. The rooms are very spacious and look like they were recently renovated. They are stylishly decorated and have a kind of ocean vibe. They were also very clean and fully equipped with everything you want in a hotel room. Large bed, desk, TV, seating area, spacious wardrobe etc. The bathroom was also neat, sisable and clean. There is a big restaurant that seems to be one of the most popular in the city. We wanted to eat in the city centre first, but because of the distance we just stayed in the old rowing house. Again we were immediately surprised. The outdoor terrace was really cozy and the food was well prepared. We also loved the view over the river and the docks. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, but you can also sit outside if you want. The buffet offers many options such as bread rolls, yogurt, eggs and spreads. Service was also great. After leaving, you can return your key to the reception. Personally, I feel like the only drawback the distance to the city center. Online says it's just 20 minutes walk, but the area just doesn't look so inviting. It seems that the center is really far away and it is not immediately clear what route to take."

"The Reichsstadt Worms is now well visited by travel groups and educational citizens in the current Luther Year. At the end of October, the tourist stream ebbes off fortunately something, so that you can again stroll smoothly through the streets and alleys. During my visit to a rainy Saturday at the end of October, a relatively early lunch was announced, best in the city centre, best close to Dom and Rheinpromenade. The originally thoughtful brewhouse left for an acute Saumagen allergy to my companions, fast food didn't come to me again – so we chose a Greek with a lunch table! The Dimitra is located near the Ludwigplatz in the slightly gloomy Kämmererstraße, which is unfortunately at this season. Nevertheless: what surprise at naming, after countless Greek locals called Acropolis or Delphi! Second surprise: there is no rest day! Third surprise: the very extensive and well sorted lunch table offers apply from Monday to Saturday. Very customer-oriented, because I have the feeling that many locals also come here for lunch after Saturday shopping. The restaurant has a single guest room and is floor-to-ceiling tavern furnished (wood chairs, white tablecloths, a central counter with stylized Parthenon superstructure, whitewashed walls, fortunately barely decorating tinnef . On entering we were the only guests, but was immediately greeted very nicely by an agile superior and a friendly smiling patron. Third, we chose a four-pattern directly on the window, with a padded bench. The menu is exceptionally extensive (appetizers, soups and salads, Greek specialties, plates for several people and desserts, dishes from the oven, grill specialities etc. The card actually has 145 positions! At the same time, a low-cost lunch table from 5,90 Euro is offered, with 15 different dishes. If you don't find anything suitable here, you should stay at home... We choose three: 1x Pikilia Appetizer Plate (8.50 Euro and 2x Salmon Fillet from the Grill (with 9.50 Euros the most expensive dish from the lunch card. Surprisingly, we must have been on our food for a relatively long time with an almost empty restaurant – but perhaps the grill has to be thrown in? Anyway, we've got time and the wait has been worth it. The (cold appetizer plate consists of balls of eggplant salad, sheep cheese cream and fish rye cream, pretty garnished with green peperoni. There is enough white bread in a basket. The salmon fillet (2 aromatically grilled pieces, outside crispy, not too dry on the inside, not a bit greasy with a large, very hot kiln potato, mixed vegetables and an extra side salad. It's almost impossible to do anything. Soft drinks are cheap and tinglingly fresh, but are served quite cold. 0.4 liters of apple juice choir, mineral water or cola are each under 3 euros. The coffee is even cheaper afterwards, the cup for a total of 1.60 euros. At the side tables we saw lush prunes with meat dishes, especially the accompanying Metaxa sauce is praised. Although the restaurant gradually fills, the service remains attentive and facing. As we praise food on request, we will immediately be offered a stamp card for the lunch table (6 pay food, the 7th. It's free. The wine card is also not paying attention today. However, it is still good to know that all foods are also offered to take away. It remains to be mentioned that caution is necessary in the toilet walk. The toilets are located two steps above the guest room, wherein the second stage is higher than usual and leads to tripping. How good we didn't drink alcohol today!"
