"I am more than a little surprised that I just enjoyed one of my favorite Chinese dinners of all time in Wytheville, VA of all cities! I had Chinese food in all states, and this place seems special. It is clear from the service, kindness, freshness, atmosphere, ingredients and presentation that people run and serve this place CARE and love what they do. The potters were cooked for perfection. The rangoons tasted homemade. General Tso’s chicken tends to be a safe “so-so” dish in most Chinese restaurants. Here the sauce was perfectly flavored. It made you want to slowly enjoy every bite, instead of your way, as if in a buffet. The vegetables were beautifully presented with special cuts and cooked so that they complement the dish in a delightful way instead of simply as a filler. The Chinese iced tea paired wonderfully with all dishes and had a unique taste that really grows on you. The fried rice had a spicy and flowery nature for not having tasted before the pallet was thrilled. After I finish our meal, I find no annoying dehydrated feeling of ultra-high sodium. These people know what they do, and earn absolutely, your number a dinner choice for Wytheville and probably the bigger environment to be. I wish we had such Chinese home!"
