"We moved to the area at the start of the year and are still working on trying out all the food places in the area. Restaurant is located in a business complex. It was not what I expected when i hear the word gastropub. It looks like it would be a cute bakery or ice cream shop. Staff was very friendly and we were able to get seated right away. We chose to sit at the bar top, but they also have booths and tables. Our food came out incredibly fast. I had the blackened shrimp salad and my husband got their special, which was the french dip sandwich, which we were told is very popular. My salad was great, however if I got it next time, I would get dressing on the side. For my personal taste, it was a little too much. The one thing I was surprised with was the bill. My entree was about 20 and my husbands was 35 and he got 1 cocktail. With tip bill ended up being over 80, which is high for 2 people, however it seems ingredients are fresh and local. Plus I am supporting a small business, so I feel good with that. I would like to come back again for their brunch."
