"First off, I received a lackluster greeting. The cashier rang me up for a meal when I asked for the sandwich only, when I tried to repeat that I asked for the sandwich only and what I wanted on it, she cut me off and said I got it in an irritated voice. The cashier rushed me by cutting me off through the entire order. The item that she said she got was actually prepared wrong so I had to go back and correct the order. The food was hot but the customer service will definitely stop me from going back. Who wants to pay almost 30.00 for food and be treated in that manner. It 's not worth it, especially when other restaurants in town sell the same thing. "I truly enjoy going to Mug Shots for numerous reasons. One being the food reminds me of the food I enjoyed many years ago back home in New York. But, probably the best reason I enjoy it is the fact that it's family owned and the staff always takes time to talk to you as an individual. They make you feel welcome and they treat you like family."

"Chicken was dry as sawdust, our order was very wrong, the kids running the front took the order down wrong. Food took like 10 minutes to get with no line, other people were served before us. And to cap it off they gave us all spicy sandwiches when no one asked for spicy sandwiches. I love bojangles but this specific store needs work."

"I have our order twice on the car thru wrong. When I went to the young lady, she said. I didn't do it, the girl in the window did it. She was evil. So she corrected my order and by it on the counter. what a customer service is that to finish this was the quarter she gave me to walk, a coin from another country."

"it was terrible, I think it had to of been left over from lunch, there was actually grease flowing in n the bottom of the bucket, it was cold, dark, not at all like original recipe chicken, we didnt even finish our meal"

"Food was delicious ! Really really good. Waitress must have been new. I asked several questions about menu, and she just said she didn't know. She was attentive to our service in all other ways. I just felt like I don't know to 3 items on menu and not going and getting the answer was not the way to handle the situation. But she was tipped well and we enjoyed our meal."

"I and my husband The waitress came about 5 minutes later and gave us menus and said she will be back to make our order so wait. 15 TO 20 MINS later no service or anything, then another pair (different race) comes in the same waitress told them to sit here everywhere, what another section of the restaurant that followed them ask at the table with menus, what would they want to drink, then they came back with the drinks and ask what they want to start as an appetizer at this point, and the man kindly left the restaurant never service. So we're not as important as the other one? Do you think our money is less valuable? Never"

"The 12. Chicken Noodles Soup and the D1. Fried Chicken Wings with shrimp fried rice was good, delicious, and yummy to my tummy. Lol. I always enjoy the fresh cooked foods to order at the Asia Hibachi Restaurant. Bl and happy bl New Years."
