I see that this seems to be listed only as a sushi restaurant, but it is so much more. I 've had numerous things and have enjoyed each one. My friend who lived here for a while and then moved away chose this as the place that she wanted to eat most...and missed most. "Stopped here on our way through town. There was a wait to eat and we quickly figured out why. The food and service were fantastic! Good selection of craft beers on tap too. Kareen was our server and made excellent recommendations for what we should get. We ordered way too much food but it was worth it for the leftovers. If we are ever back in Amarillo, this will be on our list of places to stop!"

"this place is a dive. it's gone from the beaten one. it's small. it is full. it's one of the best hamburgers I've ever had. I came here on my amarillo tour guide's insistence. we started with the chili cheeseries that were homemade, cheesy, and had a lot of taste. the burger was the reason for the coming and it was worth it. the bark was cooked to perfection, the Hickory sauce enjoyed the bark, and the roasted bungalows do not overwhelm the bark like a lot of sweeter rolls. it's worth waiting. the service is friendly and funny, without the feeling of a tourist trap. if they have to drink and wait for a table, there is a bath full of bottle beer."

"Not being from Texas, I have always have high hopes whenever I visit to get great TX BBQ and no where has delivered that experience except Tyler’s! Great place and great location for us coming from OKC to the mountains. We stopped in on our way to NM and on our way back. Definitely recommend the jalapeño cheddar sausage, ribs and the brisket! They were out of chicken and pork by 5:00pm on a Wednesday, we didn’t mind at all, just knew that was a good place when they run out of something instead of “whipping up more real quick” like the chain restaurants. It was nice to talk to Tyler as well. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Went just recently to Macaroni Joe’s for my anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Making a reservation was easy and fast. When we arrived we were greeted with a very welcoming tone. The atmosphere was amazing and was pleasant to be in. Our server James. (Jamie) was incredible, always made sure we were doing okay, brought us refills, and explained to us everything on the menu. The food there was AMAZING. We started with the mob queso which was delicious. My wife had the lasagna and I had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. We both agreed that it was some of the most delicious food we have had while eating out. After we were done eating, we were gifted a free cheesecake for our anniversary which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was an amazing experience with amazing service and delicious food. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning."

"If I could give them a 10, I would. They provided the most scrumptious meal for 30 for my Mom's 90th birthday. It was ahhhmaaaazzzzing! Brisket, ribs, sausage, and smoked turkey to die for. Jenni also provided me with the name of a delivery service that picked up and delivered our feast. (Ask for info on Kristen). I was able to make a deal with them to serve everyone buffet style, as well. Could not have worked out better. BTW, we priced this with several vendors. Theirs was not the lowest price...but remember, you get what you pay for!!! Thanks to Larry and Jennifer and crew!!! We will use you again...."

"I've been looking for good Indian food here for a while, how have I never gone to this place before? They're in a tiny little building, but the flavors are giant. I had their chhole bjatura as an app followed by the malai kofta as my main, and tasted their lamb and chicken curry and well everything was amazing! The staff are super friendly, informative, and they're careful to cater your food to your preferred spice levels. They also have plenty of excellent vegetarian options! I've heard their lunch buffet is also grand, and when we went to pick up a phone (left by accident last night haha) it was absolutely packed! 10/10 would recommend, they're a treat for those both new and experienced in the Indian food scene!"

"Where to begin? We were fortunate to snag a seat on the rooftop deck right as the sun was setting, a perfect backdrop for date night with the wifey. I wanted a bottle of wine but, admittedly, am not great at picking wine. Our server, Daisy, sent over Ryan, whom I assumed was a sommelier. Most sommeliers make me feel 'wine ignorant ', but Ryan steered us to an amazing bottle of wine that was Italian and hard to remember, but quite delicious. Turns out Ryan was the GM! So far, so good. The rooftop deck had me in chill mode, and after debating several food options I left our fate in Daisy 's hands. Dealers choice for an app, an entree, and a dessert. This was a good idea. We started with garlic bulbs. We love garlic and devoured it with ferocious intensity. My only complaint is that we finished it too quickly. The manager, Stephen, I think, stopped by for a table touch and chatted with us until our entree came, a Prime filet cooked to a perfect medium rare. At this point, we 're stuffed, but dessert was on the way. The sight of bread pudding somehow made room in my belly, and we gobbled every last bit, giving my wife the last bite because I 'm a good husband. As I put my card down I asked Daisy to give my compliments to the chef. So who drops my check back off? The freaking Executive Chef, Brayden! Probably the coolest guy ever, kinda oozing that 'creative genius ' vibe, rocking dreadlocks and a genuine smile. We gushed about our meal and were surprised to learn that this was a brand new place (we 're not local). After chatting his ear off, he comped our dessert. Cool dude. If you can 't tell by now, we LOVED this place. We left stuffed, buzzed on unpronounceable Italian wine, and feeling like family after meeting half the staff. I can 't recommend enough!!!"
