"let me begin by loving red robin! one of my favorite chain restaurants, but the experience I had yesterday was terrible. we were sat for 20 minutes and ignored, we had never taken our drinks order, while two other tables were sitting in our section and had ordered them to take immediately. when we tried to get the attention of everyone, they would go directly from us without recognizing us. I used to be a waiter, I understand that I was understaffed and if that is the case, it's quite easy: don't keep new guests sitting! would be a star, but I know that eating is good. after 20 minutes we left and went next to longhorn. absolutely ridiculous, and I think this is the first red robin I never return."
