"I’ve been coming to this store for 20 years now. For the last five years, I’ve often been dissatisfied with their service. I usually order a large hot fudge sundae to go. In the last five years, even though I watch what they’re doing, I’m never sure what I’m going to get when I get home. Too often, there is obviously less I’ve cream than I paid for, swimming in a huge sea of fudge. Most recently, I had to wait for several extra minutes as the teenagers behind the counter were busy flirting with each other. And of course, the sundae was a disappointment when I got home. In short, there is a lack of training and a lack of adult supervision at this store, which leads to poor results. You’re better off buying the ingredients from a store and making your own sundaes at home."
