"I had a late lunch today on May 27, 2022. The food was good, but the service was lacking. The person who took my order placed a drinking cup on the table, and when I requested lemon for my fish, they poured several lemon juice packets into my cup without my consent. This made me uncomfortable as I was unsure about where the young woman's hands had been. Despite my discomfort, I decided not to ask for a new cup out of fear of potential retaliation. I filled my cup and went to the counter to get a lid, only to find that there was not an appropriate size available. Additionally, I did not receive a fork for my fish and when I inquired about one, the first girl was unable to locate any. Eventually, a fork was thrown at me from the counter by the person who took my order. It was disappointing to see that utensils were not readily available and properly organized. Throughout my meal, there was a commotion in the restaurant with people talking loudly behind the counter, which seemed unprofessional and distracting. Rather than engaging in gossip, I believe the staff should have focused on providing better service to customers. Overall, it appeared that there was a lack of proper management at this establishment."
