"Had dinner with my mother and my 2 daughters (15 years old 22 months) service was good, quick to sit with us and our drinks orders. Drinks were very good, I got the perfect strawberry Margarita and my mother got a normal, both were well made and tasty. We all ordered the Whiskyburger, but they screwed up our orders. This was the first time we ever had problems with our food order, and we have come to this Applebee for 6 years. I ordered my burger well made (no pink) without rolls, they did a salad pack and my order was right. My mother ordered the same as I, but she got the order of my daughter, who was a normal whisky burger, boiled with pink, but not an onion. The manager came out to let us know that it wasn't our severs fault, as it was his fault and took full responsibility. He has removed 1 of the burgers from our bill and offered to re-boil the burgers for my mother and daughter. We didn't have them to do this when my mother and daughter just changed the burgers. We will return to this Applebee, as this was only a 1 mistake. The bathrooms were clean and had a handicap access. I would recommend eating you with this Applebee"
