"This the fast food place so you know what you are expecting from a taste standpoint. What is different about this Burger King is that the place is clean and free from debris, the management and staff at this location go all out to try and make custom experience #1, and even freshly prepare food more frequently then normal Burger King's. Whilst the food doesn't immediately come out it's a non-issue with everything good that this location does."

"Listen up! The food and the service is bomb but you’ve gotta see Alexis specifically! She goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whether it be the drinks, food, explaining a dish or just casual conversation if you’ve had a rough day... ask for her and 100% your day will get better! I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and if it weren’t for her and the new BOH staff I’d be frequenting somewhere else. "in the run of nutrition for the extended family. we ordered chickens, pork steak sandwich. it was all the upper regal. the pork was thick, juicy oh so delicious. sauces has improved the taste. the pig-snucker sandwich was a hit. we cannot get such things on the east coast, which makes a trip so necessary. none of the other styles (tx, tn, kc, nc) are better, and I have them all."

"As a Chicago-born and raised person, I love this place to get a delicious gyro at a great price! This gyro sandwich reminds me of the food I miss most in Chicago. I will post the menu picture, but there are lots to choose from. I live an hour away, and every time I am in the area, I must stop here and grab a few sandwiches! I wish we had this in the Carbondale area. The service was excellent, and the food was fast. The restaurant was clean. Would recommend! I ate the sandwich so fast that I forgot to take a picture when I arrived home. I will update you in the future."

"I normally don't rate fast food restaurants because I barely ever eat at them. I ordered at the drive thru around 10:45pm today, and she confirmed my order. There were 2 cars in line ahead of me which moved very quickly. The girl was very friendly and even asked me if I wanted condiments. It took a few moments, but my fish were hot and fresh and they were really good. I know my experience is how it should be every time, but with the amount of people who are unreasonably rude and disrespectful to fast food workers these days, along with the stories of how most of the workers simply don't care anymore, I think I just had low expectations to begin with."

"I was highly disappointed with my food this last visit. I normally speak highly of this location. For years every single time I ordered food from them it was FRESH tasted great! However, my last visit was the complete opposite to the point I took my foodback for a refund. Idk if they have some new kids working there but they kept getting my order wrong along with another customerthat came back because they forgot something in her order. I will say though that the workers were really friendly despite that is super important to me. Hopefully they fix the issue!"

"If I could had given this place zero stars I would have. I ordered a mimosa that had blood prints on the glass. I informed the waitress of it while she apologized and suggested bringing me another. While waiting my son notice he also had blood on his glass of water. I told her someone is bleeding in the back. Needless to say she showed me her hands which we discovered she had a large cut. I understand things happen but even after she realized she had a cut on one of her fingers there was never a bandaid or anything to resolve the issue. After all that I informed the manager. The waitress brought me back ANOTHER MIMOSA WITH BLOOD ON IT! So, now 3 glass sitting on my table with blood. Not to mention she's steady serving food and drinks to other customers. The best part of this horrific and nasty experience she brought me the receipt/bill full of blood. Talking about cross contamination throughout that place Extremely gross!!! Manager took the bill and put it in their drawer who also didn't wash her hands after touching it. We'll never go there again."

"I probably eat in the farm brewhouse once every month to 7 weeks. their beers are good and remember the ones I had eaten in a little bit. No, there are no women wearing 5 or 6 stones in any hand, the place is not so busy. the jaegerschnitzel is very good according to American standards. its limited menu is still quite limited, but in today's restaurant environment it is understandable. I ate on a Saturday night at 5, but I was expecting an Oom Pah band. most bands play more land than polkas, which is a scandal. it is time and money worth and I have recently found no better German food. prosit!"

"We had a great time here after my grandpa's memorial service. There were only about 12 of us so we all fit at one of the long tables. The food was all great. Two in our group got the sausage tower and split it for their meal. They still took home a full to-go box. Pickier eaters may have a harder time just because they currently have a limited menu. The schnitzel dishes were really good as well. A few orderd appetizers of pretzels or potato pancakes; though the pretzels were good, the potato pancakes were the best. We got there about 3:45 and were literally the only table there. It was our first time there but won't be our last, so we plan to go when there would be more people. I think the crowd probably makes or breaks it. And you definitely need a crowd here. It's a beautiful space that begs to be filled with people. They also have a huge banquet hall. We did check and due to staffing shortages the beer is not being made on-site; it's being imported from Munich. Dunkel was the favorite of our group."

The samosas were perfectly spiced and a good size, the garlic naan was crispy on the edges but still soft and flakey. The vegetable curry was very good and packed with a variety of vegetables. My only issue is the chicken curry only had 5 small pieces of chicken in it. It could have used a couple more pieces or some bigger pieces. Otherwise everything had amazing flavor. "We were a complete party of 9, including some friends (and their children) we had met for dinner. We waited nearly an hour for our food, then when the food did come out, it was cold. Two of our children had to wait for their food. Our waitress abandoned us for 80% of our visit. Refills were neglected, our cornbread and biscuits were missing as well. We had to ask for things repeatedly when she did appear. They were not busy, as we saw multiple employees standing around. We spoke with the manager who only offered free desserts for our young children, after 8:15pm by this time. After we declined the desserts, as they were NOT going to fix this situation, the manger only offered a simple apology, then disappeared. Nothing else. He apologized and disappeared. Unbelievable. Our waitress reappeared to deliver our checks. We are extremely upset and disappointed. As we sat waiting in the dining room after speaking with the manager, we noticed him speaking to another upset party not far from us. We paid for our full bill. We paid for cold food and having to wait to watch our children eat. We paid for a lack of service, and no support from management. Avoid this Cracker Barrel, as it seems the quality and attention to food and the guest experience is second-rate. We will not be returning to this location, nor any other Cracker Barrel which is a big loss for us, as we have had many wonderful memories and meals at various locations throughout the country. A stop at a Cracker Barrel has always been a tradition on every roadtrip where/when possible."

I complained online last time and noone contacted me. "After being on the waiting list for over a year, my excitement grew as I read dozens of reviews online about this restaurant. Finally, I made the 22-mile journey to Belleville's inner city for their Sunday midday buffet, priced at $12.99 and running from 11am to 3pm each week. The food was excellent and delicious, served in a beautifully decorated interior with a large wrap-around bar and an outdoor terrace. The restaurant had a New Orleans style décor with a large alligator on the roof and even on the waitstaff's aprons. The buffet included catfish, rib tips, chicken, macaroni and cheese, potatoes, salad, jambalaya, and more. Additionally, there were made-to-order omelets available in the back kitchen, along with waitstaff delivering waffles topped with strawberries, butter, and syrup. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend dining here."
